Avoid this one, there are many others in Williams. We love american friendly style, and how people treat you and also wellcome you. But in this super8 there is none of such behaviour. Absolutely none of it, Really Rude staff. Some one said they are racist, thats right, even asking where they are from (Heacy accent in their speaking, Polish)... more

My stay was very good. My room had a freshly painted smell and according to the manager new mattress. It was a defenitly true because I slept very well. Internet worked well and I did enjoyed free HBO. I recived helpfull hints from the attendent about sight seeing in northern Arizona. more

My stay at this Super 8 Williams exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel in such a quaint town was great. Traveling alone meant that safety was a key factor and I felt completely safe. My room had space and was clean and a great value. This is a perfect location for a hiking trip or just to get... more

Please do a service to the mankind and avoid this motel. There ARE several other motels around this area. I honestly think that this couple is racist. We had reservation for a 2-queen bed room for four people. Apparently their system showed that reservation was for 2 people. Big Deal! They did not even ask if we were willing to... more

The lady who checked us in was so rude, I think a course in customer service would be a good idea for her! Rooms were dated and old. There was no sign of the breakfast which is advertised, didn't even bother asking the miserable lady what had happened to it! Location is a little far out of Williams, fine though... more

Although we can't complain about the cleanliness of this motel, we were shocked at the rudeness both my husband and I received from the front desk. When we asked if we could check in early, the woman at the desk said rudely, "Come back at 2:00." This seemed strange since most motels would be more accommodating especially since there were... more

This was one of the worst Super 8 motels. The lady at the front desk whom I assume to be the owner was extremely rude to us and made a number of false accusations. The rooms seem to be Ok, but the service was thus far horrible. The so called continental breakfast awful. Had a few muffins, coffee and Cereal,... more

Worst experience ever! Room was basic but ok. Breakfast was very poor (so much for the "SuperStart breakfast" they advertise with), and in a tiny corner of the reception-room (4 chairs & 2 small tables for a total of 40 rooms). When I went down for breakfast at 8 o'clock, there was no more bread (bf was supposed to be... more

We just had our second stay at the Williams Super 8 and it was as pleasant as the first time we stayed there last summer. One thing I noticed is that the prices are much lower in the winter, so travelers should keep in mind that this is a touristy town and prices will be higher during the busy season.... more
