They were very friendly. The room was very small. I think it had been a single that had two double beds crammed in. However, clean with a heated pool. We stayed on the end w/ no upstairs which was right by the pool yet quiet. Convenient to Grand Canyon but would probably stay elsewhere next time. You get what you... more

The window came clean off in my hand when i first opened it and the headboard fell off the wall when we sat on the bed. You don't expect luxury for £52 a night but this place, as others have said, is a disgrace. more

I have no complaints. The room was clean and spacious and the price was right. We had cable w/ HBO, a great continental breakfast, a very nice HEATED pool, internet access, and they accomodated our pets. The staff was very friendly and we could walk to all of the bars and restaraunts downtown. The only thing I would suggest (and... more

Motel was run down. The room was dingy and in need of paint. The beds were very uncomfortable and should have been replaced a few years ago. We booked here because they accepted pets-This was on the east end of this town. the newer and better places are on the west end of town. I had stayed at a travelodge... more

We booked two rooms for two nights but abandoned the second night. This hotel is the dirtiest I have ever seen. The manager put us in two smoking rooms knowing I had young children. He told me he did not have any, and was "not required" to give, non-smoking rooms. I complained to the booking agency, but was told that... more

This hotel is, overall, a very average 2-star hotel in Williams, AZ. The room was clean and dated, the mini fridge and the free internet were unexpected bonuses. I personally had an unusual circumstance due to my own mistake in travel planning, and the hotel was very accomodating in changing the dates of my stay despite the fact that is... more

Paid more for one night here than the next night at the far superior Grand Canyon Railway Hotel. Continental breakfast was stale muffins, stale bread (no toaster) Raisin Bran, coffee, tea and Tang! Find another place, any place! more

My wife and I booked one night on the 27th of May 2008 to stay at this hotel. When we booked in we were given one Card Key for the room and my wife asked if we could have two, it was pointed out that because the hotels Key Card writer was out of action we were given the only... more

Good place to stay for a night. Great location if traveling to the Grand Canyon. Clean room, friendly staff. Continential breakfast very simple, with no place to sit to eat except outside. Too chilly outside to sit. Nice restaurant across street. more
