I like this place. Its independently owned. The owners work hard to ensure that the customer enjoys their stay. We were on a tour and they presented us with mints, body lotions and other gifts on arrival. rooms are reasonably clean, just a bit old in places. still they are comfortable and it was the best night sleep i had... more

I just wish to thank once again the staff at this establishment. I hid my purse in the room during our stay. Leaving the next morning for some reason I did not even think about my purse or the clothing that was with it in the drawer. After traveling all day, I went to retrieve my purse from the car... more

Knowing it was a very old part of history on rt. 66, we didn't expect luxury. This room was small, but had hot water, heating, AC, a comfy, clean bed, and satalite tv. What more could we ask for. We were not planning on spending a lot of time in the room so it was perfect. The owners were very... more

This Inn does not look like much, but the rooms are clean and well taken care of and the owners are very nice and offer a home away from home. Coffee and tea ,snacks and discounts to local restaurants, as well, caynon attractions are also available.(Book these through the hotel and recieve more discounts) The rooms are not perfect but... more

I arrived late at night on oct 5, had no reservations and did not want to look around very much. I paid for it. While the price was low ($32) , it is not worth it. I had second thoughts as soon as I entered the room, but did not want to act on first impressions. I was wong. This... more

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. The owner is nuts, screaming and insulting when I asked for a refund due to the room being filthy! I bought a package, and thought I was committed to it, so we tried to stay even though the room nearly made us sick! After our train ride, we decided that we couldn't... more

First of all this place was advertised as gateway to the grand canyon, more like the gateway to hell. The rooms were filthy and had dead roaches under the bed and living ones in the bathrooms. Obviously no room service due to the lack of towels and clean bedding. Carpets were trashed and the room stunk to high heavens. After... more

I was suprised by the earlier post since we had stayed there a few years ago and had no problems what so ever. It's basic for sure but I would have given that stay a solid 3 or 4 rating and a very good value for the price. This time was a different story, though. We went around New Year's,... more

I booked this motel 6 months in advance because of the location, size of the room, and value. Traveling with 6 people we needed adequate space over the 4th of July week. Our room size was great but there was only one bathroom. I expected that. What I did not expect was that the owner of the hotel tried to... more
