We chose the Canyon Motel for our trip on the Grand Canyon Railroad and the Grand Canyon itself. We found the staff to be very helpful with suggestions for restaraunts and providing coupons. The WiFi was blaring fast and secure. Bed was comfortable; fridge was a pleasant surprise. We loved staying here. The welcome gift was a little strange but... more

I stayed with my adult sisters while our dad parked his rv in the adjoining campground. We didn't bring laptops or even turn the tvs on. The bathroom was very tiny, the upper bunk was a challenge for my younger 40-something sister, but she got up there without complaint. I loved the feeling of staying in a caboose and am... more

I stayed in the RV park, high priced, not the best, facilites were nice though. However when asked if we could have a late check out, the staff looked at me like a monkey doing a math problem! (Even though is said in the paper they gave us upon checkin it could be done) So asked if they had anyone... more

I was disappointed in our rather dirty rail car room with the walk through bathroom. Give us *some* privacy, would you? The campground showers and laundry room were locked, although they will give you the code if you asked. The wifi didn't work for us. I also was uncomfortable with the "honor" system in the shop that caused employees to... more

With a family reunion planned in Williams, it was suggested we stay at a most Unique RV/Motel facility. It was a first visit to the Williams area and from the web site info it sounded interesting. "It Was just that", beautiful, clean, well run and a very hospitable staff. The 'hands on' owners, made our stay very pleasant and after... more

This was our first trip to Arizona, and The Canyon Motel was supposed to just be a stopover between the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Even though we were exhausted, we were surprised at what an easy drive it was from the Canyon to Williams. We were also surprised at what an adorable, convenient, and inexpensive place this was to stay.... more

Choosing this hotel to our roadtrip in Arizona was the best thing! The rooms are nice and comfortable, very different from a traditional motel. The staff is VERY friendly and everything is done to make you happy! Once we arrived from spending a day in the Grand Canyon and they had left us a glass with cherries! Besides Williams is... more

The place was disappointing-the grounds were smaller than we thought. The room itself was dingy, dark, and worn. The furnishings were very old and rickety. I think it is supposed to have a cozy feeling, but that's not how it comes off. The carpet was very thin and we were not sure how clean it was. The room was very... more
