Friendly, helpful, courteous staff and owners! Cute entrance with old fire engines, rail cars and RR memorabilia. Easy access from I-40 and good choice for day trips to Grand Canyon and surrounding area. Big rig friendly gravel roads and level sites on hillside near the outskirts of Williams AZ. Easy bicycle ride into town along Rodeo Rd. Some RR noise,... More

Warning: this property charges your card when the reservation is made, and is nonrefundable. We had driven in from New Mexico planning to unload the car and spend the rest of the day touring downtown Williams/Route 66. When we arrived, we were told that we could not check in until 3:00. Our watch read 2:45 (mountain time zone). We were... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in the regular king bed motel room. We arrived around 10:30 PM and the lady working the front desk was extremely nice, just what you want after a long day of travel. We got into the room and it was BEYOND clean. It was very nicely decorated. It was a very quiet location. We didn't... More

We stayed at the RV park for 3 nights, to visit Williams and the Grand Canyon, We loved our stay! The park has a nostalgic feel with old trains, was clean, had trees and a beautiful view! If the mountain. The staff was so friendly, efficient and helpful! We will recommend and definitely be back!!

Fun place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon National Park. The staff is super friendly and the location perfect surrounded by the Ponderosa forest near historical Route 66. The tiny motel room was okay. Unfortunately, the noisy neighbors with kids yakking and the mom yelling didn't help me get much sleep. Total bummer. But we moved to a railroad... More

I booked this park while 2 hours out in RV. The place takes Passport America - 1/2 price for up to 5 days. Cute place. Mountains around and trains going by. They have cool looking cabins and train car suites. Great store with fun local artifacts. Staff is friendly and helpful. All spots and roads are gravel. (I'd prefer paved).... More

We stayed in the RV Park for four nights beginning March 30th. The Park is well maintained, clean and conveniently located near historic Routes 66 in Williams and the Grand Canyon. The staff are very friendly and helpful. RV spaces are large and easy to access. We did not use the the shower or laundry facilities during this stay. There... More

We were thrilled with this rv park. Our space #22 was wide and level and had wonderful pine trees. The whole park is nice and quiet and although you can still hear the train at least you're not right on top of it. The town of Williams is a delight and a great base camp for exploring the Grand Canyon.... More

Cant say enough about this place. Price was more than fair. Staff was beyond pleasant. Whole place was full of character. Fit perfectly into our Grand Canyon/Route 66 adventure. Plus my young daughters dug it! Stayed in one of the standard motel rooms and while it was nothing fancy it was very comfortable for our two night. Maybe if we... More
