The kids wanted to stay here again so we did. Similar to last time, maybe a little better? The place just needs a good overhaul but I know it's expensive to do. Maybe they could apply for some sort of historical status to get assistance. But you'll not find a more unique setting and the kids loved it again. But... More

I have stayed here twice now. Once in their bungalow type room which are nice and comfy. I have also stayed in their caboose room which was even better. The caboose room is a little pricey but well worth the experience. We stayed in the one that has the back patio that looks out into the forest (great place to... More

While the staff was polite and friendly, the grounds clean and the prices average at $40.03 a night with a AAA discount. The spaces are ample in size and they guide you directly to your spot, nice touch. There are however, no sewer hook ups, so be prepared. For me, I needed and expected a place to relax, They explained... More

I checked into an RV campsite on the nite of 25 June 14 as I have done on several previous occasions. Checked out the next morning , business as usual. When my June '14 credit card statement arrived I found that Canyon Motel and RV added a $20 surcharge. When I called to inquire as to the source of the... More

We stayed a couple of nights at this rv park in a cabin which was clean and comfy. The room had It is only 3 minutes drive away from the downtown which makes it a quiet place. The only disappointment was the unreliable wifi which didn't work for us or anyone for the 2 day period we were there.

Stayed in one of the cabooses. It was awful. Not clean. Very cramped and nearly impossible to find somewhere to put things down on as no surface space. One double bed and bunks which were small. Rained when we stayed and the roof leaked. Loo and shower was between the 2 bedrooms making free movement around the caboose difficult. Stay... More

We stayed here for two nights in July. We arrived about an hour prior to check-in time and while we weren't allowed to check-in early, the woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and nice and pointed out points of interest in Williams and how to get there. After driving around for about an hour, we returned to the... More

We keep our toy hauler here in the summer months in their dry storage section and for this we love this place! There is a little store, everything is very clean, the owners and employees are very helpful and courteous. I have not stayed in the rooms, but there are caboose rooms and cabins. The pool house is old and... More

This place is just at the east end of Williams Az, The rooms are pretty basic but for the price they do the job. They also have train cars that have been converted to rooms and look like a lot of fun for a family. The staff is really great and are very helpful, We'll be coming back again next... More

We spent a couple nights in one of the motel rooms which were really cottages. The buildings each consisted of three separate rooms. I was thinking that since only one family was next to us, it would be quiet but they were quiet loud. I am not sure if they were throwing a ball against the wall but it sounded... More
