My family and I have stayed here before several times, however it seems as if each time we're here...the service, cleanliness, and price get worse. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars, is out of past experiences. They were a solid 4, but have slip due to lack of them giving a $*!+. We'll find a new "go to place"... More

We booked a room yesterday, was given a price @ reception, we arrive and get told, oh your room rate is $20 more. We had to pay it because all the other motels are booked out. We get to our smelly room to have no internet. I go back to reception, i said why is the net not working? The... More

Looks are deceiving , big rooms clean and comfortable but dated decor . Genuine Route 66 motel charm full of old world character and old time price. In the heart of town and during holidays and summer time a cowboy western show happens in front of the motel where they close the street for about a hour early evenings. Lots... More

The place needs a little tlc, overall it was a place to sleep and shower. The hot and cold water handles needed replaced. Walking distance to the shops. I felt safe there as there were 3 of us ladies. Could sit outside the room and people watch. The tub was a tad gross looking and no electrical outlets in the... More

we rented a room for about $80 dollars and went into our room, the first thing you notice is the rotten smell of the room. We went to ask for another room to stay in and so he gave us another room and this room wasn't any better. The room smell a little better but the condition of the room... More

It is a classic motel of Route 66 imagination. However, it seems to have stayed in the era in which it was built, with no physical improvement. I booked a room with a double bed. On entry, it was damp smellling and somewhat cavelike ( there had been recent snow and heat needed to be kept on). I paid an... More

Read the mixed reviews and thought I would give it a try.Reception was helpful and friendly, room was small but adequate, dated but very clean.I could certainly recommend for the price. This also goes for the whole town, the locals are all very friendly and helpful, not just the ones in the tourist industry.A genuine nice place.

Cheapest rate I found in Williams. Room is tiny, but we were there for sleep - not ballroom dancing. I called from home a couple days before the trip to let the management know we would not arrive until 10 PM or a little later. Gentleman on the phone sounded friendly and said that wouldn't be a problem. Our train... More

This place is dated and the air con is really noisy, the bathroom is basic and nothing special much the same for the room, I didn't have high expectations as I knew I shouldn't when staying at a motel. The room had a fridge and that's really good although I had to plug it in myself this took some time... More

We stayed here one night on our way to the Grand Canyon. The place is really simple, but it's located in the center near all the restaurants and stores. The room is not big but clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi and a big parking lot. Cost us about 50$ including tax.
