We decided to book rooms here on a recent visit to the Grand Canyon, and were very pleased with the selection. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, with comfy king-size beds in the rooms we booked. The check-in and the continental breakfast are across the street at their other property called The Lodge, but it's a very easy... More

This hotel has recently been remodeled. I enjoyed that it was all first floor rooms so you can park right outside your door. The bathroom is very small. The room is small but functional. The only issue we had was keeping the heating unit at a good temp. It was hot when it kicked on & freezing when it kicked... More

Decided to spend the last new year weekend before work at the Grand Canyon. We stayed here Thursday and Friday night. The office for some reason is located across the street at the lodge, but no biggy it's only 100 ft away. The room we stayed in 115 included a parking spot right infront. There was a king size bed,... More

Having read the reviews we stayed here for two nights in December. If you are scrolling through these reviews wondering if this place can be that good I can assure you that it is. Don't look any further the room s wonderfully clean & a big comfy bed & the breakfast is great too. The location is also good with... More

We were able to get a last minute room as our booking elsewhere was a disaster. What a lovely surprise to find a beautiful modern room, with a great king bed and the best pillows. Vaughn the manager went out of his way to help us and also gave us some great tips for our stay. We liked it so... More

I thought I knew what to expect from a motorcourt-type motel, and boy was I wrong. This was a total surprise. This was the cleanest, friendliest, most well-maintained place I've stayed at in years, and I travel quite a bit for work and am accustomed to staying at some of the nicer hotel chains. The whole place was tastefully decorated... More

After a day of driving, it was a pleasure to turn into the courtyard and see nice wreaths on each door. The feeling is one of those old motor courts where people used to go and spend their entire vacations - homey and comforting sitting on the bench outside your room door watching the cars travel up and down the... Like others I thought this would be a Rodeway Inn with a good price which is rare anywhere near a national park. Well oh boy was I wrong - so much more. We pulled in and the grounds were very nicely decorated in country / western decor - it is an old route 66 motor lodge. The owners own two... More

I'm very picky about cleanliness in hotel rooms, and this is probably the cleanest room we've had in years. People do need to be aware though, that this is an older building--a former "motor lodge", and as such, the rooms are smaller than what you get in more modern buildings. Not a problem for us, as we don't spend much... More

Found this motel on the internet by checking previous reviews. So, I decided to stay a night while visiting Grand Canyon. The clerks were friendly. The room was small but very clean with updated fixtures. Cleanliness is a requirement for me and my wife. The breakfast was a surprise with scrambled eggs and sausage, along with waffles, and fresh orange... More
