Located on main street of Williams close to shops and restaurants Hotel is a bed and breakfast type of establishment but no breakfast Tiny rooms with lots of paintings, little decorations, atmospheric, each room has a different theme Nice and friendly Inn keepers Small double bed is very uncomfortable Front side rooms can be noisy, back side rooms are very... Cheaper and more personal than the local chain hotels, in an authentic cowboy-era building. The location is smack-dab in the middle of all the local shops and restaurants, so you can leave your car at the hotel and stroll around and see all that the downtown has to offer. Some of the rooms have only a window that looks at... More

This historic hotel is wonderful! Each room is decorated differently and each has its own character, they are cute and very clean. Amy and Oscar (Cito) the owners are terrific and helpful people! I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the complete experience when seeing the Grand Canyon. Nothing like seeing the Arizona West and staying... More

Call the manager Oscar the grouch. Not a nice person. Was very rude, and insulting. When I asked for more coffee, he made a comment that I had already drank a pot, (which I hadn't) and that McDonalds up the street had more. He complained my boots were too loud, due to the wooden floors. He complained about the "people"... More

This has been on my mind since my October visit a year and a half ago. First--I loved the hotel and the Blue Room overlooking Rt. 66. I felt like Miss Kitty in Gunsmoke--that was the aura of the room and little hotel. There was a cat downstairs too, which I loved! BUT--I checked in with my African-American girl friend.... More

Hotel was easy to find (Williams is a small town) and centrally located. Check in was slow as there were hoards of families in the lobby. Check-in staff very friendly and helpful. Room was large enough and comfortable for two adults. Heat in room worked well. The low temps in Dec. were in the teens. Shower diverter barely worked. Most... More

We stayed here this week . Rooms are very small. No TVs. Trying to go with a historic theme I guess, there is stuff everywhere in the rooms. No surface is clear to put your things! Far too much clutter!! No nightstands or bedside lamps , With a bit of thought they could put lights on the wall and shelves... More

Loved our stay here. Very courteous and timely service. The room we got (the Romantic I think it was called) was historically decorated, which fit well with the ambiance of the town. The hotel itself is nicely located, right on main street. Our room was quiet and was fitted with a clawfoot bathtub. Downstairs they allow guests to use the... More

Absolutely a great litlle quaint hotel in Williams, AZ. The staff was all wonderful, friendly and willing to share information to make our stay at the Grand Canyon a memorable one.
