I have to say that our stay here was a wonderful surprise... we were a late check in and arrived after dark. Driving into Williams after dusk is quite the pleasant surprise to us... this place has a night life and the full streets welcomed us nicely. Amy, the hotel manager greeted us and also helped with our bags... very... More

Fantastic experience. Right price, right comfort, very charming and clean. Near the grand canyon, ample parking, good restaurant, and friendly front staff even though we arrive late. You cant beat the comfort, value, and bang for your buck. Would recommend owners light up the hotel across the street to make it feel a bit more welcoming. Souvenir shop was ample

Booked this hotel to save money because other hotels closer to the park were so expensive, which seemed ridiculous to my husband and I considering we weren't going to be there all that much. We booked 2 nights and it was great! The service at the hotel and restaurant were amazing! Very friendly! Room was big and had all we... More

The food in the restaurant is pretty average, but when you receive your check, the management already decided to award themselves with a 18 % additonal surcharge for the waitress. First time we experienced this and we have been in many, many restaurants. I think it is very customer unfriendly to enforce them to pay almost 20 % additional to... More

This hotel is clean and well kept. We spent 2 nights here, before and after the train to the Grand Canyon. Rooms are good sized and of course right next to the depot. Food was 4/5, though it is buffet, they do a great job.

We booked in we thought to the Grand Canyon Inn but they switched us to the Grand Canyon motel which when we read the fine print they were able to do. We paid close to $200 for a room. The Grand Canyon motel had a large sign proudly advertising "Rooms from $49" which was probably more than they were worth.... More

I thought about giving this place one star, but I decided a 1 star should be reserved for places that are really intolerable, which this place wasn't. Also, the high price just reflected demand for lodging near Grand Canyon. So why was it poor? Well, for starters, the high price. We paid twice what the hotel was worth because it... More

Our rooms were clean and updated. The lounge for evening drinks was a nice atmosphere! Restaurant served greay food and good prices. All the staff was friendly. I love that it is family owned. We highly recommend! Glad we chose this over a "franchise" in the next town. The atmophere was nice with western character!

When we first checked-in, we were assigned one room at the Inn and one room at the Motel a 1/4 mile drive down the road. This was not satisfactory, so the front desk changed it so both rooms would be at the Inn for the same price. (Just a heads-up if you book through a third-party booking website!) The room... More

I've stayed here twice when Tusayan rates have given me sticker shock. The location is great. The facility and service are fine for the rate. If you want the El Tovar, it's 30 miles north for far more $$$. I'd rather stay here and save my money. It's best as a staging area for a Grand Canyon adventure -- a... More
