We checked in to our rooms. Never unpacked. It was late in the evening. In one room, there were two cockroaches 'in the bed'!!!!! And several other bugs crawling on the floor. We ran out of the room, went to the other room where our friends were staying and they had been bitten by fleas in several places on hands... More

The rooms were clean and spacious, airco worked well. The location itself is not the most interesting one, but most visitors are there to visit the Grand Canyon. In approximately 30 minutes (by car) you are in Grand Canyon. On your way you also drive through a small village were you have different dinner options and the possibility to eat... More

Do not book this hotel! We paid almost 300 dollars for two nights. It was so not worth it. The room felt like prison, super dark, super old, super dirty. The sheets and towels stank. We tried to ask for another room but front desk showed no will to help us out. You have to cross the street to get... More

Location is good. Half an hour from the south rim. Not much here in the way of food choice. You are better placed to go to Tusayan which has a number of eateries. Rooms were comfortable. But the showers were poor. We had become accustomed to good showers in all the places we stayed on our road trip. The water... More

We booked the Grand Canyon Inn over the internet and were expecting a room in the hotel as pictured on their website. Instead we were shunted over the road to their motel accommodation instead. This is a very old and tired 70’s building where the rooms are very small and lacking in some of the basic amenities such as a... More

I would recommend to anyone to book this hotel it was purly cheeting! We paid almost 200 dollars for a room that is not what you will see on the website. We had to walk something like 10 min in orfer to get to the room you have to cross a main road to enter your room which has nothing... More

If you are driving to the south rim of the Grand Canyon the Inn is about 30 mi from rim. If you want to take the train from Williams better to stay in Williams. Also, entertainment and shops etc on Williams. Bearizona near Williams MUST SEE

I have to say that our stay here was a wonderful surprise... we were a late check in and arrived after dark. Driving into Williams after dusk is quite the pleasant surprise to us... this place has a night life and the full streets welcomed us nicely. Amy, the hotel manager greeted us and also helped with our bags... very... More

Fantastic experience. Right price, right comfort, very charming and clean. Near the grand canyon, ample parking, good restaurant, and friendly front staff even though we arrive late. You cant beat the comfort, value, and bang for your buck. Would recommend owners light up the hotel across the street to make it feel a bit more welcoming. Souvenir shop was ample

Booked this hotel to save money because other hotels closer to the park were so expensive, which seemed ridiculous to my husband and I considering we weren't going to be there all that much. We booked 2 nights and it was great! The service at the hotel and restaurant were amazing! Very friendly! Room was big and had all we... More
