Couldn't book anything nearer to the Grand Canyon, but this turned out to be a very good value choice (30 miles drive - no distance here!). Friendly, comfortable and good food (& could go over to Bedrock for a Flintstones value wacky lunch and 50cent coffee if we wanted)

The staff is nice, the rooms are spacious, clean, and have very comfortable beds. It's also nice that the sink is outside the bathroom. Great for visiting the Grand Canyon and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to this glorious place! :)

We spent five days at this hotel and were very pleased with the rooms, restaurant, location and cost. We decided to home base from here which allowed us to visit the Grand Canyon which is only about a half hour drive. Also visited downtown Williams, Az where lots of the original Rt# 66 establishments are located. Also visited Sedona which... More

We've stayed at the Grand Canyon Inn for one night only. It's only 30 min ride from the south rim/GC village so if, like in our case, you run out of options closer to the canyon and don't feel like camping, this is an excellent place to stay overnight. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable size, beds sleep well,... More

Clean and large size rooms. Free wifi included that is fast and strong signal in the room. No free breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Good sound barrier. Comfortable beds. Hot shower readily available with strong water pressure, Safe. A very good quality lodging option without the high end price. Has a restaurant attached to the property though we didn't dine... More

Older, outdated, and very noisy hotel; Hotel is actually in Valle, AZ....Drive on to Williams, AZ (around 30 minutes) NOT clean--old carpet had not been vacuumed around baseboards or furniture; Furniture, lamps and clock were very dusty; OLD saggy mattress (needed mattress pad especially to protect against Bed Bugs!); Bedspreads were old, thin and faded; Linens were sandpaper rough, small... Spent a couple of nights here before heading off to GCNP which is only about 30 mins drive. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor, not a good idea as we could hear every footstep from the upper floor guests or more like stomping around, it continued all evening & then finally ended about 4.00am when they... We stayed only one night at grand canyon inn after a visit to the grand canyon national park located not far from the hotel. The hotel is basically the center of Valle (this town was very small). Nothing bad to say about the hotel. The rooms were a bit small but functional. We had dinner in their restaurant and I... More

Accommodation was better than expected considering its proximity to the Grand Canyon, a bit tired but decent. However eat before you arrive or be prepared to drive the 60 mile round trip to Williams to eat unless you want to spend time dodging the dire food selection around the property. Also if you want the feeling of being an extra... More

Only stayed one night to break up our trip from Vegas and back to Vegas the next day. It also allowed us to view the grand canyon at sunset. The room was on the second level of the annex and was big and spacious with two double (not queen) beds. However, the room was uncomfortably hot, even with the air... More
