We stayed only one night at grand canyon inn after a visit to the grand canyon national park located not far from the hotel. The hotel is basically the center of Valle (this town was very small). Nothing bad to say about the hotel. The rooms were a bit small but functional. We had dinner in their restaurant and I... More

Accommodation was better than expected considering its proximity to the Grand Canyon, a bit tired but decent. However eat before you arrive or be prepared to drive the 60 mile round trip to Williams to eat unless you want to spend time dodging the dire food selection around the property. Also if you want the feeling of being an extra... More

Only stayed one night to break up our trip from Vegas and back to Vegas the next day. It also allowed us to view the grand canyon at sunset. The room was on the second level of the annex and was big and spacious with two double (not queen) beds. However, the room was uncomfortably hot, even with the air... More

This is a reasonably priced inn considering how relatively close it is to the Grand Canyon. It is about a 1/2 hour drive to the gate. The rooms in the main buildings are fairly large and clean. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is pretty good. I would suggest getting there at 6pm when it opens for dinner... More

On Route 66 trip with friends. After not being able to book a hotel directly in Williams, we stopped at this hotel and made a reservation on our way to the Grand Canyon. Upon our return we found our rooms, which were in the annex across the road from main hotel. Didn't like toting our bags up the stairs but... More

Heading to the Grand Canyon with the family and everything was booked up in flagstaff! I was glad to find this place and the staff seemed to be friendly and our room was clean! It was worth the money if you are traveling on a budget and I would stay again!

We checked into this motel on a Saturday evening and we were told "the internet is down for about the next hour....it will be back up as soon as the restaurant closes".......what? what does the restaurant being open for business have to do with the internet? we were also told when we made the reservations that there is "a grocery... This was a nice hotel, clean and quiet. It is at the edge of town so there wasn't a lot of traffic. The wifi was a little confusing first time logging in, but okay after that. There is quite a bit of fast food close by and that was fine. We did try a couple of restaurants, but were not... More

I will be honest. We both expected the worst when we booked this place as it was as close as we could get for the price we were willing to pay. But upon arriving I must admit to being pleasantly shocked. We had a double queen room and it was a great size, with fridge and everything you would expect.... More

Rooms are big, the bathroom is not from yesterday but its good enough when you come back from a hike in the grand canyon. Little fridge in the room. Breakfast was not included. Good hotel to stay one or two nights.
