“Beautiful Campground”

Located 7.7 miles (just over 20 minutes) from Williams, this campground is worth the drive. There is about 3.5 miles of unpaved, "rough" road. A beautiful site about 7 miles outside Williams down unsealed forestry roads. The site overlooks Bill Williams mountain and the lake itself and the campsites are spacious and fringed with Ponderosa Pines. During September trip to the Grand Canyon camped at this lake. Deer, porupine, fox, praire dogs, skunk, trout, thunderstorms, pines, sun and about 3 other people combined to make this a delightful and memerable family trip.
