The Motel 6 West in Williams is an excellent, economical choice for a rest stop when visiting Grand Canyon. The front desk staff was efficient, and the room was clean, sparse but meeting our needs. A Safeway right down the street was awesome for buying hiking supplies, filling out our picnic needs, and picking up that early morning Starbucks before... more

We stayed here for two nights in order to visit Grand Canyon National Park, which is about an hour drive away. The staff were friendly and efficient and our first floor room had twin queen beds. Everything was very clean. There was no hairdryer and there are no coffee making facilities in the room, but it wasn't advertised as having... more

Our stay at this hotel was to visit the Grand Canyon. I saw that the motel 6 had a decent rating and the value seemed right. The room was cute, but the carpet has some pretty bad stains. I have also never stayed in a hotel that doesnt supply some sort of shampoo till now. I cant say that I... more

Good place to stay and to enjoy the city of Williams. Instead of being in a Grand Canyon hotel we chose to stay in Williams. It's one hour from the Grand Canyon and a typical route 66 city. Staff was really kindly and friendly. more

We extended our vacation so the end of it had to be done on the cheap. This was bad even for Motel 6. It's on historic route 66 near all kinds of tourist attractions including the train that takes you to the entrance of the Grand Canyon. The halls smelled of urine, the room was dirty. It smelled of smoke... more

We stayed there for 2 nights and the room was perfectly adequate to us: nothing spécial but a large clean room. No in room coffee, no fridge or microwave, no clock, no air dryer or iron... Basically we had the two beds and a TV but frankly we didn't need more... we wanted to visit Grand Canyon and the area... more

This is a typical Motel 6, basic, clean and good value for money. We had a room with two queen beds and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The motel is esay to find as it's just about the first thing that you see as you leave the Interstate and enter Williams, it's on the right, and there's loads of... more

We stayed here after our visit to the Grand Canyon before heading off to Las Vegas the next morning. Nice clean hotel in a (to UK eyes) quaint and charming (in a small town USA way) route 66 town. No complaints - low cost and nicely situated hotel more
