This hotel is a nice hotel for the pass through traveler that wants to keep there costs down. But, sometimes it can get pricey. I called them and the cost was going to be over $100 dollars to book. I went on Travelocity and they got it for $73. I like Travelocity. The outside of the motel is modern and... More

The town of Williams is the closest "city" that is South of the Grand Canyon besides Tusayan. Tusayan is always booked so if you're in a pinch Williams is the closest to the South Rim Grand Canyon than Flagstaff is a half hour from Williams. There is nothing fancy in Williams, just hotels/motels and a chain grocery store. OK so... More

Our reservation through Expedia was mixed up. Chris at the front desk spoke on the phone with Expedia and sorted everything out. The room was very nice -- a pleasant surprise given some of the other reviews. We have stayed at several motels in Williams and this was the best. We will stay here again.

The building was run down and I found an ice bucket laying on the stairs as I entered the building. Hallway smelled musty. My room was hot as the a/c was not turned on ahead of time. I had booked this hotel a day in advance. Parking lot surface was uneven to say the least. I get it that this... More

Our car broke down in Williams and I hurriedly made an online reservation. When I got there, the lady told me that I made the reservation for a week from now. We were almost completely broke and she found us a room for a really good deal because she genuinely cared about our well being. The stay was nice. Hard... More

Comfortable beds and average size rooms. Room was modern with faux wood floors and built in shelving. Bathroom was a bit small, though having the sink out of the bathroom was convenient for washing. The location was great right on Route 66 for easy walking. Great restaurants for all.

We (a couple) decided to stay at WIlliams in order to see Grand Canyon (1 hour away driving there) while saving money from expensive motels there and in order to see Williams city itself. This motel is located on the main road of the city. There are some restaurants and shops nearby, but it doesn't matter because nothing works in... More

We stayed here for our trip to the Grand Canyon. Location wise , it is pretty much within walking distance of all the shops and cafés on Route 66 and across the street from Safeway . However , I would never stay here again . It was renovated so I give them some credit for that effort and does have... More

It was renovated, just as they claimed. We were in room 104. I am a non-smoker and have been for over 20 years. It's possible that there are a few rooms that are smoking rooms on the first floor, but the stale stench of cigarettes is very apparent in the room and throughout the corridor of the hallway to the... Worst hotel we stayed in ever! It was suppose to be a non smoking room but the smell of smoke was awful. We were kept awake with people running along the hallway and shouting never mind the dog across the hall barking. The walls were so thin when the people in the next room flushed the toilet we could hear... More
