We actually decided to chose the Red Garter Hotel with its 4 individually designed rooms as we thought the history of this place was quiet edgy and special. It used to be a saloon and whorehouse and we were interested to check it out as we read so many good things on Tripadvisor about it. We arrived in the evening... More

We stayed for two nights this week and couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here. We booked the Grand Canyon Train and the Red Garter is less than 5 minutes walk to the ticket office and platform. Parking can be found in the free lot directly over the road from the bakery. We also stayed in Madam's room,... More

We stayed here and used the inn as a base for getting to the Grand Canyon and whilst on a road trip. We enjoyed our stay! When we arrived we were greeted very warmly by our hosts. We were shown to our room and all the amenities by a very friendly lady. The stairs are extremely steep and long! It... More

The town had a great vibe about it. The Red Garter was in the middle of everything. There was a horse drawn carriage ride about town. Shops were open til late. People wandering here and there. The town felt alive. The staff in the shops were friendly and very helpful. We stayed in the Red Garter and learnt all about... More

Since we were passing through Williams, AZ, my wife added a stop to our vacation. I accepted the change without any knowledge of the history of the Red Garter B&B. What's one night? I was warned to lighten our load going in as the stairs (dubbed the 'Cowboys Endurance Test') were a challenge. However, our stay was a welcome addition... More

Lovely rooms and amenities in the old western style. Breakfast was plentiful with cereals, fruit and pastries, muffins. Host John was very amiable and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of this typical Arizona town. We enjoyed a meal at Anna's who will soon be relocating to the Red Garter which will provide meals of breakfast through... More

The inn and its owners are extremely nice, it really has a feeling of a classic inn which also has rich history. And also the place is haunted, so that's another incentive. You might hear some footsteps or knocks on your door, but maybe it just wants to chat.
