This place is the best value and quality that I have seen for the Grand Canyon area. The staff is very helpful/friendly and the rooms are very clean. The Lead front desk person "Jan" was a gem. She just seemed to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and the Owner Young was very nice as well. I... More

We were booked to stay in this hotel for one night before our visit to the Grand Canyon next day. Had some trouble locating it and when we did it had such a derelict, uncared for look we thought we were in the wrong place. The letters on the main sign were hanging off... didn't give a very good impression... More

Bedbugs infested in Room 120. Don't ever stay in this motel, especially room 120. I got bitten badly but did not find out until I left the inn early next morning. I am still receiving treatment after 3 weeks. There is nothing good about this place: the price is too high ($97 total) for the room was filthy full of... More

As usual, you get what you pay for. It was 75$ a night flat, no extra fees or taxes, the owners are old fashion that way but they are very very cheap Koreans. I heard the woman who owns it speaking clear English to a UPS guy but when I needed something all of the sudden there was a language... More

Stayed here for two Nights, combined with a visit to Grand Canyon. The room was as expected. You get what you pay for. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. All other Equipment in the room was working fine. Good location, just at the end of "Main Street". Many nice "water holes" and restaurants within a short walk. This small... More

This hotel is very shabby, our room appeared clean. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water for the shower, makes me happy. The breakfast was the same as a lot of hotels in the USA so no surprises there. Given the choice I would not stay here again I saw lots of other hotels in Williams that looked... More

Wouldn't say it's the worst place I have ever stayed.....but it's on the list! Didn't get a bad price, but we stayed in similar price hotels and motels that were much much better. Room was very shabby, especially the bathroom. Weird smell from the fridge, and breakfast was........interesting!! Ok for a one night stop but there is a lot of... More

We spent 5 days at this motel so may have a different perspective since most others seem to spend one night. That's not saying we found it very good, but it was one of only a few choices we had for that length of time at the last minute. I will agree with most other comments, the place is not... More

This place is disgusting and a total waste of your money!! The rooms are filthy dirty, the carpet was not clean, the bathroom was not clean, nothing in the room was cleaned. I asked if the bedding was even clean and she could not guarantee it, she had to call someone in late at night to change the bedding. OH... More

were staying at the Mountain Side Inn on our way to the Grand Canyon in June 2014. Our Room was not clean at all and the furniture were very worn. The carpet had large stains. I would not stay here again.
