For the price, it was reasonable. For the cleanliness, not so much. The inaccessibility, and the lack of outlets which has only one existing behind the sink in the bathroom. Kind of dangerous, dont you think? The window in the back was lacking thereof- no window. The heater was old but worked alright, nothing was plugged in at all- as... More

Thought it was okay for the money until I woke up with ants in the bed and on me. Quickly packed everything up and found ants in my suitcase, backpack and purse as well. Went to the front desk to notify them and they accused us of bringing them with us which is impossible since there are no ants in... More

I was going to stay at a different hotel but accidentally passed the entrance to it. I was tired from a long of riding my motorcycle through the Grand Canyon and just wanted a place to shower and sleep. The Asian man in the black leather motorcycle vest was very nice. The sign "Hog Heaven" over the entryway was kind... More

We booked a room and told them we were traveling with a small crated dog, we got a room with a king bed which was just OK. The shower only produced scalding water, the sink only ice cold, We went to the manger and they said we were not in a "pet" room and acted like it was our fault.... More

I unfortunately hadn't discovered Tripadvisor when I booked my stay with the Mountain Side Inn in Williams. Let's just say it was the worst place I have ever been to and I can't think of anything being good with it. As so many others already have written, it is dirty, most things are broken and it's not even all that... More

We chose this place because they offered a double bed & a bunk bed. We got what we asked for. And although it was dated, it was fairly clean. However the windows didn't lock & the screens were torn. Good thing there are not a lot of bugs in that area. If planning a stay of 1 or 2 nights... More

Rooms were old and very basic, but mostly clean. Would probably stay somewhere else next time. I would not reccomend this hotel, AC barely worked, old appliances, and amenities! Just stay somewhere a little nicer next time, it's not much better than camping.

I booked online but I did not read the reviews closely. Never again! We pulled up and it was pretty empty. Then we went inside which wasn't that updated but we gave it the benefit of the doubt. But in the family suite we got the beds were springy and looked like something from 1980. It was 109 but the... More

Just don't do it!!! I don't write reviews very often but this is probably one of the most ordinary motels we have stayed in during our 3mths in USA. OK its cheap and the family room we had slept 8 of us but the room was old and smelly, the air conditioner barely worked, the door fell of the cupboard... More

The staff are exceptional, they are not only Very Friendly, Helpful, and Out Going but make you feel like you are part of a family. They are very knowledgeable about they area and will take the time to give you a map and show you some cool things to visit. A Continental Breakfast is also provided which is a nice... More
