We booked this hotel from the internet without any information other than on-line reviews so was a little apprehensive. As others have said, check-in is a little slow and it's kind of hard to find where to check-in but no major issues. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to the town of... More

We are a family of four (two adults and two teenage boys). The room was large enough and having queen beds instead of doubles was great. Comfortable beds and quality towels. Good lighting and nice desk for work. We didn't use it, but there is an indoor pool that looked busy and many kids were having fun in there. Tips:... More

Stayed here on the 2 night package (meals & train included) with a 9 & 12 year old. Arrived at 4pm, the lobby was crowded and there was a very long line trying to check-in. People had lots of questions about the "package" deals, which held everyone up. Would suggest the the front desk just handle check-in and have a... More

The hotel is the most modern in Williams. It is clean, spacious, with interesting inserts relating to the Grand Canyon and the Grand Canyon train/station. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to spend the night, this is not likely to be at the top of your list. It is a nice place to stay though.

We took the one night at the Grand Canyon package and it was wonderful. I am amazed at how everything was coordinated. We almost never had to move our luggage ant the hotels, train ride, meals, etc. were great!

We booked a package deal that included one night stay at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel, a train ride to the Canyon, a motorcoach tour there, a night at the Maswick Lodge, and a train ride back. I took my husband, son (4 year old), and father. The Grand Canyon Railway Hotel is very nice. I was really impressed with... More

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train and for it's environmental policies. The hotel is probably as high end as it gets in Williams. While we didn't find the front desk folks overly friendly, but the restaurant and train staff were definitely warmer. Maybe it was a busy weekend. There is a restaurant/pub, a buffet cafe, and... We did this trip with two of our grandchildren (10 and 14). Great experience. We enjoyed the train ride, the hotel was wonderful. Our only negative was the dinner buffet. Would have liked better choices: fatty beef brisket, dried chicken nuggets and breast, will not win approval from anyone. Breakfast buffet was good with an excellent omelet selection. We stayed... I stayed at this resort 2 weeks ago and I adored it. Once we walk in through the double doors, you are welcomed by a warm, immaculate lobby decorated like the Grand Canyon. I was in room 2119 and it was absolutely outstanding! The bathroom was extremely clean, the beds were VERY comfortable, and very big TV. Housekeeping was very... More

First the only negative... Check in at the hotel is really slow. Positives... Williams is a great place to go. The whole town works hard to make it a fun place to be. Rooms are nice and big. Walk next door to train. Pub is nice.
