We spent two nights here so we could take a train ride to the Grand Canyon. Prior to arrival we learned our credit card was shut off due to Home Depot being hacked. We called our daughter in Georgia who called this hotel and paid for the room and train tickets. She talked with Tone (sp?) who was very helpful,... More

Lovely hotel situated 5 mins walk across the railway station to the small town of Williams, Arizona. The hotel was part of a package on the Grand Canyon Railway to the rim of the Canyon. Cannot fault the hotel in any way, clean and comfortable with all amenities in the rooms. Nice bar area with food and a restaurant nearby.... More

We took the three day package which included the Grand Canyon Railroad to the Grand Canyon and an overnight stay at one of the Canyon hotels. It also included two dinners and two breakfasts at the hotel. It has been great. The staff are very organised and attentive. I will come back and i will tell everyone I know to... More

Our arrival at the hotel was easy. We did not encounter a line at the desk, it looked like we were lucky because at other times in the day the line was long. The hotel is large and has nicely decorated hallways, don't get lost or it could be a long walk around to the hotel. (It happened to me... More

Absolutely loved the railway trip with overnight at Grand Canyon. This hotel was part of the package and very convenient to start the railway trip with. The hotel itself is huge, with long walks to and from the room. Staff was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. My son loved the indoor pool but it was... More

We stayed overnight at this hotel on a cross country tour across the USA. Check in was promptly handled and our luggage arrived promptly in our room. The room was large with two small double beds. The bathroom was reasonably well appointed with soap and shampoo dispensers provided. The one in the shower was rather awkwardly placed however. We ate... More

We were at the hotel for the Grand Canyon Railroad package. The organization for the amount of people going and coming was amazing. We stayed our first night at the hotel, second night at the Canyon and the third night back at the hotel. The package included 2 dinners and 2 breakfast, (served buffet style but organized and well kept),... More

We stayed at this hotel because we wanted to go on the train to the Grand Canyon. The hotel itself had a fantastic lobby and good service. The rooms were large and comfortable though nothing special. Food was provided buffet style in a restaurant next to the train platform, and was a good standard, but again not exceptional. You have... More

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with the 3-day rail trip to the south rim of the canyon. Both our 1st and 3rd nights were spent at the Railway Hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The front desk staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Our room, with 2 queen beds, was clean and quiet. Would highly recommend a stay here.

It's only stay for transit. I am unhappy because : 1) the hotel is old fashion. 2) the chair (red one) in the corner room looks dirty. 3) the air conditioner doesn't work, so need Ask someone to prepare. 4) the location is not really in center, you need walk more far i think. 5) the reception didn't help when...
