5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We recently stayed at this hotel during spring break, the night before we went on the Railway. What a gorgeous hotel. I was so afraid my kids would break something in the room (they didn't). The beds are so comfy. You lay on them and you can't help but doze off. The indoor pool was wonderful and relaxing. We didn't... More

The room was newly renovated, and it was clean and quiet. The hotel is very large, and is a great stop over spot if visiting the Grand Canyon. The deluxe room has two queen size beds and a coffee maker and refrigerator, but no table and only 2 paper cups.

Brought the kids to stay the night and take the train to the Grand Canyon on spring break. Everything was perfect except the wifi was basically unusable, but I overlooked that since I was on vacation and didn't need it. The Dinner and Breakfast buffet was fabulous, and the room was great. Don't let the generic facade of the outside... More

I was a little disappointed as I drove up to the hotel, expecting something along the lines of a Grand Western Railway Hotel facade. That was where y disappointment ended. From start to finish a wonderful experience. The staff from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the hired entertainment and tour guides were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful and... More

Stayed with family for spring break. Rooms had a musty smell but staff receptive. Lobby is nice. Should take the train ride to Grand Canyon. There was a large in room fridge which was convenient. Water supply had a problem when we stayed but was fixed in a few hours.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were all very accommodating! Would definitely go back for sure! The town of Williams Arizona is so quaint and is within walking distance from the hotel. We drove from Phoenix to Williams and the approximate 2.5 hour drive was beautiful. If you are going for the train ride the depot is... More

We stayed 3 nights in the deluxe rooms. They have been completely renovated. I wouldn't get the standard or value as those are the older rooms and it was only $20/night to upgrade from value to deluxe. The food is good. The rooms and hotel is clean. I initially tried to book on line because we wanted the train in... More

Hotel is adjacent to the Grand Canyon Railway station, so if you are riding the train to/from the Grand Canyon, this is a convenient choice. Room was average size, with full length mirror, sofa chair. Window opens; room climate control draws air from outside. Lighting was adequate. Location was quite with no traffic noise. Mattress was very soft. Room was... More

I used a AAA package which saved a lot of money. I had stayed here a couple times in the past but the last time was almost 10 yrs ago. The rooms have been upgraded since that time but we could just not get the room temp comfortable with the older type dial adjuster heater/cooler. We had to go with... More
