Our package included arriving to the Grand Canyon by rail (the best way to do so) and since it is about a 3 hour trip..it included a stay before and after our Grand Canyon adventure. And what a place. Our room is nice and comfy with nice comfy beds. As one might guess there is a western theme going on... More

We did the package with the 2 nights , train trip to the Grand Canyon and the bus tour around the Canyon. With meals this was an incredible value. There was nothing poor about the package. This is the way to do it. The hotel is great and the buffet meals are very good.

What a deal for the price. Incorporated overnight stay with the railway experience to the Grand Canyon. The beds were to die for. Three of us traveling agreed they were the most comfortable beds we had slept in any hotel.

We purchased a package that included 2 nights at this hotel, and a night in the Grand Canyon Park sandwiched between. The hotel is beautifully decorated with an Out West feel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does an awesome job making sure your luggage follows you to the train, the lodge in the park and back to... More

Amazingly large. Very very comfortable and modern hotel. Service was above and beyond what was expected. Rooms are very modern, well equipped and super comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. We arrived a day before the train trip and stayed here when we took the Grand Canyon Railway to the South Rim. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly. The rooms were immaculate, we had free internet and the room we stayed in was just refurbished. This hotel is very... More

I heard about the Grand Canyon railway and hotel from a friend; and booked a package that included a night at the hotel and train. The hotel was pretty nice and I enjoyed the historic western lodge theme; along with their pub (at which I had an ok dinner after arriving too late for the restaurant). Mostly, the convenience of... Wanted a quick winter get away and this was the perfect choice! Got to see & play in the snow too! Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Nice bathrooms and really appreciate their attention to being "green". Some of the buffet items were not so good. But, overall for an all inclusive, it was pretty good. Would stay at... More

Had a wonderful Christmas day/night stay here over the 2014 Holiday on our Route 66 vacation. This is a beautiful hotel and the staff were all very helpful and professional. We did not have reservations. We just walked in knowing there might be the chance they were full. They did have vacancy. The initial price the desk clerk quoted us... More

We journeyed to the Grand Canyon Railway the day after Christmas so the kids could enjoy one last Santa experience. We booked the all-inclusive one-day package which included the polar bear express train ride, breakfast, dinner and the room. We also added a second day that was not all-inclusive so we could explore the Grand Canyon. The standard room had... More
