Stayed here July 28 and 30, as part of a 3 night package deal with the Railway that took us into the Grand Canyon for the middle night. Huge parking lot with lots of space, not too far to walk to the hotel with your luggage. Beautiful lobby, easy check-in. Large room - we got the deluxe room with 2... More

We purchased a package deal from Grand Canyon railway and hotel. It included breakfast and dinner everyday, train ride to Grand Canyon, and hotel. We had a great time on the trip. How relaxing to have the train do the driving up to the canyon. Once at the canyon, a bus stopped at 3 overlooks for pictures and viewing. The... More

Very poor service, very expensive and very small rooms!! Plenty of other hotels in the area for less than half the price for better rooms! This is especially true if you are just staying in the hotel and not riding the train. The resort does not care about these groups and does very little to help them!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us on TripAdvisor and Yelp. Our Railway Hotel is certainly more of a convenience to our passengers riding the Train, as they can walk from their room to the depot. More

We booked the Grand Canon Railway package fro 2 nights. It was kinda like being at camp. The hotel is basic, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. It is a very good location for the train trip and walking distance to the town of Williams which is very cute. The train station, the restaurant, a bar and 2 gift shops... More

We stayed at the Railway for two nights with a night at the Canyon in between. This hotel is a gem. The whole town is quite nice. Rooms and bedding were very comfy and clean. The freight train that blasted through town at 3am both nights with horns blaring was a little over the top. The meals attached to this... More

The hotel is very nice and absolutely spotless which is a tribute to the staff given the high turnover of the railroad crowd. The room seemed pretty new and the staff was great. Pool was a tad small for the summer crowd but we were glad to have it to blow off some steam. You may want to choose a... More

Booked for the experience as well as the convenience from having to drive back to Vegas from the Grand Canyon. Thought it would be fun to take the train to attraction. The room was clean but the air conditioning did not blow out enough cold air and it stopped in the middle of the night. Really did not bother to... More

First impression, the hotel had a modest appearance and amenities however as a whole, in my opinion that is the most charming and appealing part of it. Entering the town of Williams, AZ, alone is like stepping back in time from the hustle and bustle of city life. I made reservations for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. Reservations for... More

We booked a package that included room, meals and travel to the Grand Canyon. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fine. The hotel is in a great location as the train depot is out the back door of the hotel. You can also walk to Route 66 to eat, shop and even ride a zip line. As stated... More

Booked this place online site unseen. Well, it was more than expected. Totally impressed with the little town of Williams AZ...didn't expect how much fun, and variety of restaurants there were. The hotel was very nice. stayed on the front and back end of our visit to the Canyon. Bought the meal package and it was worth it (wife and... More
