Several mechanical failures with the room. However, the mechanic responded promptly to the repair issues. However, inexplicably, after checking out at 10:30 and leaving for Grand Canyon, I found out that the hotel then charged me for an extra stay. When called, they were more interested in defending their decision than working to solve the problem (I believe that they... More

My friend and I stayed here for 2 days, in the hotel section on the 2nd floor. Our room contained 2 queen size beds, which were very comfortable. The bedding was fresh and clean, and the bath towels were thick. Yes, the water pressure was low, but my understanding was that this was no different for the rest of Tusayan... More

I didn't actually stay at this hotel. I reserved a room (first night's costs were taken immediately) then had to cancel as plans changed - all within the terms and conditions. Emailed the hotel a few times - no reply. Had to go through my credit card company to get the costs refunded, and have still never received any communication... More

Stayed two nights in the motel part. Found room clean and tidy. Air con worked fine, hairdryer in drawer but shower had really low pressure. Lower level units are quite noisy with vehicles parking close to your door and those above thumping around. Good value and good location.

Normal sized people beware! The rooms are incredibly cramped. The bathroom fixtures are elementary school sized. We were in the old side of the lodge .... Not sure if the newer side is any better. On a positive note, the cramped, dark room ensured we maximized our time enjoying the Grand Canyon!

We stayed in the motel, older side of the Inn. The room was what I would expect for the money we paid in a "tourist area". We had no problems at check in. The front desk service was nice~ Not exceptional, but nice. The room was clean, no frills. Our WiFi was horrible but I am not going to say... More

Hotel is comfy, large and clean room and quiet. Staff was really friendly and helpful, even refunded the extra bed we requested but forgot to cancel. Tusayan is very convenient for Grand Canyon NP, 15 minutes away from the South Rim, much more affordable than Grand Canyon Village

Red Feather Lodge is a locally owned hotel on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The price was great for the area. It is very close to the entrance of the national park. There are two buildings, the old original rooms and the new building. We stayed in the new one. It was a nice, average hotel. Would stay... More

We had a motel room. The A/C was not working, along with the bottom of the bed (the bar that holds the bed up), with slightly dirty sheets and towels. We called and the A/C was fixed, while the other things I could 'live with'. What I couldn't live with was in my non-smoking room, smokers smoking outside and the... More
