The hotel was just OK. The internet was so slow I couldn't use it at all. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling (which allowed us a discount at check out when we mentioned it). You could hear every step of the people above us. I would not stay here again. There are other choices in town that may be... More

About 4 miles to Grand Canyon visitor center this property is a good value for the money. Property is clean but shows signs of typical wear and tear. Tusayan is a small town the Main Street is about two blocks long. There are a few overpriced restaurants , a few fast food places a gas station with a convenience store.... More

The room was nice, spacious and comfortable with comfortable pillows and bed. Bathroom only had a shower but I am not sure if that's the case in every room. The hot tub was great, but the pool way too small. Internet connectivity, whether on wi-fi or on the lobby computer was atrocious. I was surprised however that a hotel such... More

Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel, staying in the newer part. It was clean, the people friendly and helpful and the location could not be beat. It was conveniently ocated to food, shopping and the free shuttle service, whcih we did not use. Also, we did not see the IMAX movie that is within walking distance. Elk come... More

Stayed here for one night to tour the Grand Canyon the following day. We arrived at one and were able to check in without any problems (check in is at two). The personnel was friendly, the rooms clean and it's a five minute walk to multiple restaurants and the NGC visitor center. The rooms were kind of noisy but then... More

Perfect location to start your day in the Grand Canyon national park, or do one of the helicopter tours nearby. No restaurant facilities, but in a partnership with the Mexican family restaurant nextdoors even breakfast facilities are ok. Standard hotel, good accommodation, we where especially pleased by the housekeeping (Jane Gibson) who sent us our valuable forgotten luggage afterwards to... More

We booked the Red Feather Lodge through our local travel agent asking for a double and a twin. A while later the booking came back and sadly because the location was so booked up we were informed that we would now be in the Motel area and would have a couple of double rooms. I decided to write directly to... More

I have spent a lot of nights camping or making do in motels that are sort of ok so for me this place was a real treat. A great room in the motel style accommodation (weird for a hotel but convenient for loading luggage). Nice big fluffy towels, fridge, decaf coffee on tap, attentive housekeeping, black out blinds, perfect hot... More

This hotel is nice and in the average. There is a small outdoor swimming pool, which unfortunately I couldn't try as it rained all day, but i wish I could as it had also jets for massages. The only problem (not so small) was that the room smelled as wet dogs...
