The room was average, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was NOISEY!!!!!! We also had an issue with the water pressure in the shower ; it changed while we were showering. It took so long to take a shower, with the water pressure shifting from poor to a dribble that my husband and I decided to take baths instead... More

I booked this hotel as a treat at the end of our US road trip - we stayed for two nights as part of our visit to the Grand Canyon. I decided to write the review when as we were leaving the hotel my son checked under the beds. Disgusting - food, a mouth guard and a lot of dust... More

I was loved the grand canyon but was disappointed in the Grand Hotel. The lobby and gift shop were nice but the room left a lot to be desired, especially considering the price. The bathroom was decent but the room needed updating and it did not have a refrigerator. The service at the restaurant was very slow and the weren't... More

Although is one of the few hotels in the area they don't make the most of this situation. The staff at reception are unfriendly, cold and disinterested. The steakhouse in the hotels gets totally overwhelmed when they have more than 10 tables and after waiting for a table for nearly two hours we have to find another place to eat.... More

Lovely hotel very close to the South Rim entrance of Grand Canyon. Room was nice, bed very comfortable & house staff very friendly. Can't really comment on the staff at reception as we didn't have much to do with them apart from checking in. Very handy that shuttle bus to & from the Grand Canyon is right out the front... More

The hotel charges 5$ for each glass of orange juice (which is neither freshly squeezed nor Tropicana) and 3.5$ for every refill of simple black coffee. But they don't say first hand. Service is extremely slow although the dining room was empty.

Stayed there for 2 nights with my family. Everything worked as expected but we were expecting a big hotel close to a national park - where it is not necessary to make an extra effort to attract visitors. It is volume business just like an amusement park. We had dinner and breakfast in the restauran once. Quite pricey and poor... More

The room we received 161 was not god, so I asked to chance the room. This was done without any questions. There is no morning buffet but the menu has a lot of variety prices range from 3.99 to 17.95. Dinner is he same, good food and reasonable prices. Shuttle bus to the Canyon visning center is running in the... More

We booked with Tingo and checked in without a problem. The desk clerk was friendly as were all the hotel personnel we dealt with. Our room with 2 queens was comfortable with a small microwave and Keurig coffeemaker, but no mini fridge. There was also a safe and free WiFi. We enjoyed a good dinner at the hotel restaurant, The... Place was clean to me. Staff was friendly. Pool was closed for a period of time, but not a deal breaker. Other reviewers are right about the issues with room keys. Very frustrating! We were there two days and I had to replace three keys. I was lucky that at those times the check in line was nonexistent or it... More
