As a place you would only to expect to visit once, they performed well in almost all categories. Rooms were large, clean and well supplied with necessary items. The only minor issue was service in the restaurant was slow and breakfast buffet upstairs felt like a college cafeteria.

Enjoyed three nights at this modern, yet characterful motel conveniently close to one of the natural wonders of the world. Our room was well equipped, very spacious, comfortable and clean. The decor is interesting - making the most of the history and location. The evening meals were exceptional: good value and delicious - especially the fillet steak, elk medallions and... More

We stayed three nights. This is just outside the national park in a small town with great services. Rooms are just ok with REALLY loud aircon that made clicking sounds. Also the breakfast was a bit army-like with plastic plates and so. Nice service and decent restaurant and a ok value for your money if visiting the Grand Canyon.

Just got back from a three night stay. Couldn't get accommodations inside the canyon so we booked here. I am not sorry. Easy easy access into the canyon from the hotel. Close to the airport for a helicopter ride of your life. Free breakfast which was not great but fresh fruit, toast, cereal, coffee can't go wrong. My kids loved... More

We had planned on lodging within the Grand Canyon but decided to stay outside of the park in order to take advantage of some of the amenities for our children (ages 11 & 12). The six-lane bowling alley and arcade were a big hit with the kids. The room and bathroom were spacious (two sinks!) as well. We would definitely... More

Absolutely do not stay here. It is extremely expensive for a cinderblock, outdated, road house. Tourists beware! Non operational pool and hot tub. Rooms not connected to the main hotel. Guests must walk outside in bad weather conditions to get to the lobby. Outdated lobby, outdated restaurant. The worst part about this is that it is very, very expensive for... More

We stayed here with our family and everyone enjoyed this hotel. As others have said, close to the Grand Canyon NP South Rim. We were in a room outside of the main building and it was convenient and comfortable. I'd read other reviews with complaints about these rooms, and based on those reviews I was concerned about airport noise and... More

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night in April, 2014. The location can't be beat...just a few miles from the main gate of the Grand Canyon's south rim and just a bit further to the visitor center and Grand Canyon main shuttle terminal. Complimentary breakfast was much better than the average hotel free breakfast. It included hot items such... More

We paid $250 for a double room. It was cramped, especially the bathroom. WiFi was problematic. Breakfast was good. Nice gift shop. We were awakened by a car alarm at 4:00 a.m. it took 30 minutes for front desk staff to remedy it.
