Internet is fast, nice rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast you have to pay($12.99), we'll located to walk distance of restaurants and activities. Heather excellent and quite. Good shower and desk with nice chair on room. Would stay again.

The hotel staff saw that it was my birthday when I stayed there so they upgraded my room for free AND gave me a birthday present and card! The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. The only thing I didn't like was the bar was a bit overpriced, but so was everything in the city this... More

Arrived after a 12 hour drive, room was clean and warm and well appointed with what you expect from a BW hotel. It is quite a large hotel with quite a bit of walking to get to restaurants and breakfast rooms which got a little confusing, upstairs, downstairs etc. There is currently construction work going on, although this did not... Always looking for a reason to visit the Grand Canyon and Best Western Premier isn't just one more, it's one of the better ones. Hey, January is such a peaceful time to visit the Canyon. Winter beauty and low, low tourist numbers made it easy to visit all the stops without a single parking challenge

Dear Lu L, Thank you for writing and posting your review of our property here at the Grand Canyon. As you mention, this time of year is a great time to visit the Grand Canyon. The beauty of the Grand Canyon is amazing in the snow and this is a time when fewer people visit our area. We are glad... More

We stayed here on our way out of the Grand Canyon heading back to Scottsdale. We had a 20% off coupon which they honored so the price was great. No pool and a small hot tub. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant because it was very expensive. There are several buildings outside of the main one but it... More

The price was right and the hotel was fantastic. We would definitely recommend the hotel BUT the restaurants in the hotel are expensive for what they serve. We found that it was impossible to find good food at a reasonable price in all of Tusayan, the only places you knew what to expect were Wendy's & Macdonalds, which are franchise... More

This was my first stay at a BW Premier property so I was anxious to see how it compared to the BW Plus I stayed at last month. I was impressed. The lobby, restaurants, shops and activities all exceeded my expectations. The room was nicely furnished too, although a little smaller than the BW Plus I stayed at last month.... More

The staff was caring and attentive, and the service was exceptional. Our room was spacious and had a lot of extras, including a 2nd lighted vanity area, etc. Our bed was extremely comfortable. All in all, it made for a great stay!

Nice hotel. Clean. Much less expensive than staying within the park and just a few minutes away from front gate of South Rim. Food and drinks were expensive for what you get. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not much around the little town.

The breakfast is only an apple and granola bar in a paper bag, and you can only get it before 6:30 a.m. After that you're out of luck and have to pay the hotel's very high prices or go elsewhere--and there aren't a lot of choices in the area. I've had great complimentary breakfast at other Best Western hotels and... More
