If you don't get a room inside which is almost impossible on short notice (our case) this is the closest you can get. The studios were great, extremely clean, quiet, walking distance to the free park transportation. Elk walking around our room and across the street of restaurants and shops

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here although the whole hotel had kind of a campy feel. This is to say that the amenities while there were kind of austere. With that said I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the Grand Canyon despite the lack of luxury

I travel quite frequently, so I was quite surprised at how dated this hotel is. This hotel is not in the park and about 5-7 miles from the Canyon. Rooms are extremely dated and staff were not very friendly. If you are looking for a hotel in the same location, do yourself a favor and stay at the Holiday Inn... More

We were totally misled by the details of the property. The property is far from being a resort. The hotel is very dated and so are the furnishings. Greatly over charged. We also stayed in two other cities during this trip at top rated resorts and were charged less for two nights than we paid for one night at this... More

I was very skeptical after reading so many negative reviews. After checking in easily with 3 attendants to help we requested one of the quiet rooms. We were given a room on the third floor. I recommend this due to being able to see the beautiful trees inside the atrium. Upon entering the room we put the ac on and... More

This hotel does what it says on the tin - it is very close to the Grand Canyon. But that's about where the benefits of it stop. The rooms were quite over priced and pretty dated and I ended up sleeping in the heat because I never found the AC.... The breakfast was pretty poor too. They do have a... More

I made the mistake of waiting to book a hotel room at a major tourist destination until less than a month before our trip. It's a mistake I won't make again. We ended up in this hotel by default for 2 nights for our party of 2 adults and a teen. I like to point out the positives first, so... More

Great location for anyone visiting The Grand Canyon. The hotel sign is difficult to spot from Highway 64, due to its being located behind several other businesses - including Wendy's. It felt like checking into the Travelodge, except much more expensive. The check-in was busy at the time we came - in all fairness to the staff - but the... More

The hotel is nice but over priced as I'm sure because rooms in the area are limited. Sits on block off the Hwy south and west of the theater. Room was nice with a large tub but no grab handles which as a senior I look for. Only ate breakfast in the restaurant and as good and the price was... More

This hotel is spread out over 2-3 buildings. The rooms are large but are dated. Our room had a large CRT TV built into an armoire. On the other hand, we had to try repeatedly to get on their Wifi network because of limited capacity (IP adresses). We finally got on after another guest had signed off. The hotel does... More
