The hotel is unacceptable, especially at the $220 night price. The carpet and blanket were stained, the bathroom grout filthy, the furniture scratched in the small, dark room. This was a room for people with a disability and the safety bars in the bathroom were loose! There may be more acceptable rooms, but this room was NOT

more expensive then a five stars hotel on the strip the only good thing is location very close to the resort. the furniture is old,the TV is a very old model, nothing was invested for the last 25 years. And before I forget the breakfast (not included) was one of the worst I had in years.

One of the best hotels, price wise and distance wise to visit the Grand Canyon. The rooms can be a little more soundproof. Rooms are clean and tidy. Gives a vintage look. The staff is friendly. Looks like a motel from the outside, but much better inside. Restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops are right outside. Overall, one of the best... More

My wife and I recently went on a mini trip to the Grand Canyon and we stayed at this hotel. The best part about the hotel is the location, as it's only a few miles from the Grand Canyon. Unfortunately, that's the only thing that we liked about this hotel. First of all, from the pictures online the hotel actually... More

After reading a few negative reviews I was a little concerned about staying here, but I'm glad I did. Reasonable room rates and great location. We booked a mini suite that had a little refrigerator and a microwave. The amenities are very simple and there are no-bells or whistles but all I really wanted was a clean, comfortable place to... Our room was very average. The room was cramped and in need of an urgent renovation. It was very cold but the only heating in the room was a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit situated in the main room (with broken controls). The bathroom was huge but had absolutely no heating. I think our room may have been especially set up... More

Our accommodations couldn't have been better. The hotel is off the main road so we didn't have any traffic noise. Our suite was large and comfortable and I especially liked to two sinks, one of which was not in the bathroom. The folks at check-in were very nice as was the entire staff. The breakfast buffet was enormous, very well... More

We needed a place to rest for our Grand Canyon hike, since inside the park was all booked. This hotel was conveniently located just outside the park. The staff was friendly, the room was as expected, the breakfast was nice. I would do it again!

Let's see, where do I begin? My daughter slept on the floor the first night because they never brought the child roll-a-way bed (thank goodness we had a sleeping bag in the car). The next morning they promised to have the bed in our room before we returned from our day at the Grand Canyon. That night, still no bed,... More

We arrived early 12:30 PM and had reserved a room . Upon our arrival they advised we had booked 2 rooms. I stated no , we had only booked one room and had a copy of the reservation available provided by the 3rd party booking agent. We realized that check-in was not till 3:00 PM. We spoke to the staff...
