Travelled to the Grand Canyon with my 3 daughters on a whim, so struggled to find somewhere to stay at short notice, my 1st 3 choices were full so settled for this place. Was told that 1 room was big enough for 4 adults (my daughter are 16, 18 & 21. Found our room and discovered the beds were definitely... More

We drove from Florida to this place and on the way I read some other reviews which were not favorable. For us it was perfect. The room was clean, spacious, dog friendly and the beds were comfortable. You turn left out of the parking lot and it's a straight shot to the Park. We came in December and there were... More

This hotel is located about 10 minutes from the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance. It's located about 25 minutes out from the Grand Canyon Village. For location it's perfect, unless you actually want to stay in the village. That is probably the best thing about this resort. Mostly everything else in it is very average. They did have breakfast on... More

We stayed here before Thanksgiving for one night. The room smelled like moth balls but was clean. The front desk staff was rude and they were not up front about the $50 pet fee. It is buried in the terms. Not sure I would stay here again. Hard to find. Need better signs.

Hotel has a great location to Grand Canyon and is within walking distance to many restaurants and Nat Geo Imax. Hotel is a little older but very well kept. Rooms were clean and quiet. Room had two sinks which was nice when travelling with the family. Parking was a little tight.

My wife didn't like it that much, but my 7 year old and I did. The kid and I liked the indoor jacuzzi. It might be worth trying to get a room on the lower floor so you can drive right up to your door. The breakfast buffet was good value. Standard fare. My family liked it. I thought staff... More

I would never stay in this hotel again. Service was bad, staff was terrible, the bed was bad and the room was sub standard. if i had to sleep in there room or outside in the cold i would be happier sleep out side. I would advise anyone to pick another hotel. They will over charge you for everything.

I found the hotel to be clean, my room was nice, and the staff very friendly. Nice, reasonably price hotel near the Grand Canyon if you're going there. The restaurant on-site was very good and convenient, too. I'd go back again next time I'm in the area.

Manager and staff are very rude, no refund after terrible stay. Not pet or same sex friendly at all. Never returning to this hotel and wouldn't recommend to stay there. Better places around. Food at buffet was horrible.
