My wife didn't like it that much, but my 7 year old and I did. The kid and I liked the indoor jacuzzi. It might be worth trying to get a room on the lower floor so you can drive right up to your door. The breakfast buffet was good value. Standard fare. My family liked it. I thought staff... More

I would never stay in this hotel again. Service was bad, staff was terrible, the bed was bad and the room was sub standard. if i had to sleep in there room or outside in the cold i would be happier sleep out side. I would advise anyone to pick another hotel. They will over charge you for everything.

I found the hotel to be clean, my room was nice, and the staff very friendly. Nice, reasonably price hotel near the Grand Canyon if you're going there. The restaurant on-site was very good and convenient, too. I'd go back again next time I'm in the area.

Manager and staff are very rude, no refund after terrible stay. Not pet or same sex friendly at all. Never returning to this hotel and wouldn't recommend to stay there. Better places around. Food at buffet was horrible.

Nice place, but very stressed and rather unfriendly staff. Consider alternatives to the restaurant I've had better and it wasn't cheap. But for a visit to the Grand Canyon it's ok. It's close to the park entrance (a few miles)

My two night stay, in October, at the Grand Canyon Resort was a great experience. The employees were courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was great. Best of all Rich Milliron, concierge, was more than helpful in making the stay a great experience. Will make plans to return again. Janice Novotny Las Vegas, Nevada

We stayed for two nights in late September while visiting Grand Canyon. Grand Canyon entrance is only 5 miles from the hotel, so it is nice to get back to your room after a long day at the Canyon. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite when we checked in. The suite was very nice and met all our... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in October 2014 and were very disappointed with the hotel. The price per night was very steep and not worth it compared to other places we stayed during our 2 week road-trip. The room was OK (basic) but noisy and we had to report water pouring from the ceiling near the elevator. The concierge,... More

We had a great overnight stay on our trip to the Grand Canyon. The room we had was huge with a separate seating area and TV. The rates were very reasonable, especially since we were visiting on the fringe of the off season in November. Liked the indoor spa but at 10 pm in November the walk outside to the... More

The price is reasonable and there are lots of amenities. It was hard to find the hotel with one faded sign on the road and the other sign behind trees. The driveway is shared by the IMAX so we missed it twice. Be sure to look at the map before you come. The front desk staff that checked us in... More
