Stayed for two nights as a jumping off point for the Grand Canyon, while avoiding the high prices inside. This proved to be a good decision as it was an easy ride to the Park, and offered a better range of eating places. The staff were friendly, the room was a good size, with free slow internet, and the only... More

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the Grand Canyon. The hotel itself is very nice. You can't get any better with the location without staying in the park itself. Rooms are decent size and clean, ours had two sinks (one with the shower/toilet, and one outside) which made it easier for multiple people to get ready in the... More

This was a $125 room at best. But you are close to the Grand Canyon. The room was dark and tired and needed a facelift. But you are close to the Grand Canyon. For $200 a night I expect a breakfast. But you are close to the Grand Canyon. There was no microwave or ice bucket in the room. But... More

I understand you are paying for the location. Hotel was very expensive for average accomodations. I agree with other reviewers that calling the hotel a resort is misleading. I was expecting a lot more.

Calling this place a "resort" is deceptive; we stayed here on our visit to the Grand Canyon, the location is ideal but the hotel looks old and tired. The rooms are dark, the beds need to be replaced, the carpets are worn and the wall paint is dull. As much as the place needs an upgrade, the rooms are clean... More

We got to hotel a very nice place to stop if you are going to the canyon. The rooms are comfortable a well place if in the main area. The food is very good and the staff make you very welcome. Would recommend this to all.

Good location in Tusayan, close to Grand Canyon National Park, however hotel is tired and desperately needs an update. Pools very busy in late afternoon, no one there in the daytime. Everything overpriced in Tusayan, this hotel is no different.

Didn't get a reservation at yavapai lodge hence had to stay here. Great location very close to Grand Canyon South rim entrance. We stayed here for two days. The rooms are okay not very great, they apparently have breakfast room which is not included in your stay and we didn't have time to check out the options but seemed to... More

Our family wanted to stay for a night during a visit to the Grand Canyon. The room was not clean, especially the carpet. The bathroom was not clean, and bath tub had clogged drain. The air conditioning was not working properly and the bed sheets weren't the cleanest. Not to mention, the room was outdated. Even though the location of... More

Set back off the main road into Grand Canyon, we expected a quiet night. Unfortunately we were in the building with the atrium, indoor jacuzzi etc, which played fairly loud music all day, and rooms have a window facing onto it and also a door to the outside, making the room very dark. The amenities were acceptable, except for the... More
