The location is just outside of the Grand Canyon, which is great. They are in the middle of renovating, which is kind of a pain. The were no end tables which made it hard to place anything next to the bes. The beds were a little uncomfortable after a long day of hiking. It was very clean, just well used and... More

Merely serviceable. Beds were old, rooms felt worn down. But hey, you're here for the immediate proximity to the Grand Canyon anyways, and if all goes well, you'll be worn out too at the end of the day, and this hotel is just as good as anyway to rest at.

I came back from breakfast to find housekeeping lead in my room going through my stuff! (Do not disturb was on door!). Management did not even apologize or disipline worker.... No buffet at dinner or breakfast, bar closed, laundry mat closed, smelt of chlorine throughout hotel. Out of season they should close or reduce prices! Miserable front desk staff. Overpriced.... As my wife and I entered our room we were thrilled to see a box of chocolates along with a thoughtful card welcoming us on our honeymoon trip. The room was very clean and the best part was our back door which opened up into an indoor spa! It was beautiful and needless to say one of the highlights of... More

I couldn't wait to write a review about this place to warn my fellow travelers. I am not a snob when it comes to hotels but I was really expecting more when I paid $200+ a night for this place. I stayed in a much better place for less (for example: Holiday Inn). You are definitely will be paying for... More

My cousin and I stayed here during the Christmas Holiday as it was so close to the Grand Canyon. Our room had a balcony that overlooked an enclosed patio area, bar/restaurant. The rooms are old but they are clean. The hotel does offer high end soaps and shampoos. I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet as there was not much... More

If you have kids and need to book a suite they are more than happy to accommodate your family. The staff was friendly. The view from our room was a junk yard, if you are over 5 feet tall the shower is a challenge, to get to the main lobby you have to walk or drive, the "spa" looks nice... More

Very nice mid range hotel near Grand Canyon. Nice extra is that there is a sink in the bathroom and a second sink outside. Luxury soaps and shampoos. There are two buildings and the first building (which I was in) has balconies overlooking a large enclosed patio area with sauna and bar and restaurant. The trees are lit with purple... More

Our room was quite large and welcoming situated in an annex. Upholstered chairs, coffee table, writing desk/chair and tv were in the front area, followed by wash basin to the right and on the left toilet, bath and wash basin - all well appointed. Tea making facilities, one of the mugs was chipped but a call soon got that promptly... More

Stayed in room #1159 in December, 2014. Do not stay in this room. The carpet was disgusting, stains and down right dirty. In the bathroom, one of the towel ring fell off, it looked like it fell off numerous times, they just put it back on without fixing it. The sink was not clean, the faucet had soap spots on... More
