Hotel is a little in need of a re- furb, but has a retro charm. Staff we very friendly, but the best thing was their help in locating my Sons toy tiger that he left in the room. He was devastated, but thankfully after a couple of phone call, the hotel found him and are sending home. Thank you.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites, with a full kitchen. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and exactly what we needed for our weekend in the Grand Canyon. There were keys to a laundry room that I didn't use - but would have come in handy had we been staying longer. The bedrooms were large, comfy... More

Basic room with no frills. Staff was nice and accomodated a late night snack request at restaurant. However, room was surface clean but looking behind bed for plug in was gross with dust and crumbs. Beginning the morning 5 minutes from the Grand Canyon may have been worth it....not sure.

This is a place to crash when you don't have any other choice and it is cold outside. I booked without looking at the ratings and what a mistake. The ratings of 2 or 3 are generous. The people at the guest registry are OK, they need to pay attention to the customers at the desk. The rooms are small... More

When we arrived there, we found this hotel very expensive compared to the quality of the stay. The rooms and buildings are very rustic, basic and would need to be refurbished. This said, we certainly pay for the perfect location (10 mn from Grand Canyon) and quality of the beds was not bad at all, cleanliness of the rooms ok.... More

On arrival we got told that we had been upgraded from a king. Our room was huge and surprisingly nice. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to people to stay for 1 or 2 nights.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for one night while road tripping from Vegas to the Grand Canyon. Being unprepared we only booked the hotel last minute and this was the only one available. It was very expensive for one night but we had little option and consoled ourselves we were on holidays. The check on area needs updating badly... More

A very nice hotel about 1+ mile from the Grand Canyon-South Rim park entrance. The 3rd floor room was clean and quiet, with a small refrigerator and TV. The restaurant was good, but somewhat pricey, and the concierge, Rich, was invaluable for information and booking tours. WiFi is present, but slow.

Where do I start? Way over priced for what you get. We reserved a "suite" that turned out to be a 15x15 room + closet and bathroom. We had regular motel rooms that were larger! Noisiest AC of our entire trip! The noisy fridge, stove, and sink ate up 3 feet of the room. A wooden dinette type table and... More
