Really disappointing although really pricy! We arrived in a room with dozens of mosquitos. Room was clean, but rather old. Two entrances, one is to the pool side, so it can be really loud in the evening/night, when people are sitting at the pool bar. Breakfast was surprisingly good, but we won't go there again!

While our room was good, the restaurant was not. We arrived after the breakfast buffet but before breakfast and ordered from the menu. Our food came out 20 minutes later (and we were the only ones in the place) and was ICE COLD. They must have put the breakfast buffet food in the fridge for the next day and brought... More

There is nothing special about this hotel so you are going to feel a little ripped off at the prices--well over $200/night is a lot for what you get. BUT....it is quite close to the Grand Canyon and I think all the hotels in town are similarly priced. This town is about 15 minutes from the Grand Canyon so it... More

I didn't know this place when I booked it, and I was too late to get a room at Grand Canyon Village. When we checked in, the front desk clerk was really nice and indicated that he was putting us on the ground floor, my daughter and I, as a good thing. Turns out the room was adjacent to the... More

Rooms are very average, clean but nothing special. Outdoor pool is loud especially if you are sleeping in the front room of a suite. Same for sunrise - noisy people leaving early in a.m. to watch the sunrise. Customer service poor: forgot my phone charger when we checked out, called hotel as we were heading back from the canyon on... More

The hotel is unacceptable, especially at the $220 night price. The carpet and blanket were stained, the bathroom grout filthy, the furniture scratched in the small, dark room. This was a room for people with a disability and the safety bars in the bathroom were loose! There may be more acceptable rooms, but this room was NOT

more expensive then a five stars hotel on the strip the only good thing is location very close to the resort. the furniture is old,the TV is a very old model, nothing was invested for the last 25 years. And before I forget the breakfast (not included) was one of the worst I had in years.

One of the best hotels, price wise and distance wise to visit the Grand Canyon. The rooms can be a little more soundproof. Rooms are clean and tidy. Gives a vintage look. The staff is friendly. Looks like a motel from the outside, but much better inside. Restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops are right outside. Overall, one of the best... More

My wife and I recently went on a mini trip to the Grand Canyon and we stayed at this hotel. The best part about the hotel is the location, as it's only a few miles from the Grand Canyon. Unfortunately, that's the only thing that we liked about this hotel. First of all, from the pictures online the hotel actually... More

After reading a few negative reviews I was a little concerned about staying here, but I'm glad I did. Reasonable room rates and great location. We booked a mini suite that had a little refrigerator and a microwave. The amenities are very simple and there are no-bells or whistles but all I really wanted was a clean, comfortable place to...
