This hotel is three minutes from the main dock.good sized rooms and spotlessly clean. Double rooms only at 150q per night. Good sized ensuite but the shower water only ever got warm rather than hot. Freshly renovated in March 2015. Lake view from balcony.

Let's start with the positives. #1 Right on the lake. #2 Q100 per night or about 13 dollars. #3 Felix the manager or owner is super nice. #4 nice hammock out in front of your room to kick back and look at the lake. #5 Nice hot shower, but get used to Guatemalan showers. #6 No AC, but guess what... This was a great, basic place to stay near the "center" of San Pedro. The rooms were nothing special but they were incredibally clean and the shower was actually warm which is unusual in Guatemala. The family owners seemed pretty nice and didn't bother you too much. The patios were nice for chilling out and gave nice views of the... More

Friendly staff with nice views over the lake. Sunrise from the roof is also nice. The rooms closest to the lake have the best views.

We have been on Lake Atitlan since July and we just spent one night in room #10. The place is clean, rooms are large, the hottest shower water we have every had in Guatemala, the second story veranda is wide with tables, hammocks and chairs which catch the morning sun as soon as it pops over San Pedro Volcano. Because... More

We stayed there for a few days. A room for a couple costs 100Q, which is very good price at a very beautiful place. The room is spacious and clean and there are hot water in the shower (something that is not so obvious in Guatemala). There's an access to the lake for those who wants to take a swim... More

The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the Panajachel dock, right above the Lake. We paid Q100 per room. There are two beds in each room. We were going to share the room with our daughter and 6 year old grandson but they allow only two people per room. There's a short path down to the Lake where... More

The hotel wasn't terrible but wasn't anything special. We had a private room with double beds, and private bathroom on the lowest floor. It was nice but you could hear all the noise that goes on in the hotel courtyard. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. We had a cheap hammock outside our door that wasn't really worth... The room was big, there is the terrace on the lake and the ladies were cleaning all day long.. The only cons: the bedlinens were very old and wouldn't stay in their place on the bed and the wc worked quite bad..by the way I think it was bringing the stuff you put in it on the lower floor by the...
