I am giving their restaurant 5/5 because the food and service was great. Chef Domingo and waitress Eliana made my night. I did not stay at the hotel but I ate dinner there. They have a special 3 course meal every night that comes with soup, a main dish and a dessert. The cost was 100Q which is about $13.30.... More

We've stayed at other hotels in Santa Cruz, but now that we've discovered this place it's the only one we'll come back to! Arca de Noe offers by far the best combination of service, value, beauty and attention to detail in the area. Staff were wonderful, food was excellent, views were incredibly and the rooms were great (we stayed in... More

This was the first place I stayed in Guatemala and overall it was a great few days ! The food was yummy and the room was clean. The only issue we had was a few creepy crawlers at night but with the garden I think it is to be expected! Pedro was so friendly and arranged a private driver for... More

We did not stay at the hotel but did eat at the restaurant for two breakfasts and two dinners. The food was excellent. For breakfast we had either pancakes or fresh fruit/yoghurt/granola. See attached pictures. The food was very well done and very well presented. Service was fast. And what could be better than sitting 10 feet from beautiful Lake... More

I can't say enough thing about this hotel. The views are magnificent, the food at the restaurant was fantastic (also healthy, and reasonably priced). The customer service rivals that of a 4-star hotel in a large city. Having said that, this place is not fancy - it's not meant to be, given the setting. Santa Cruz is a quiet village... More

I titled this "Great Find" because we did not expect to find a good lodging in this area of Laguna. We were just too exhausted from a long drive so my girlfriend and I stayed here. We just tried it out, we planned to stay for a night. On our first night, we were stunned by the lake view. Also,... More

Thank you very much for your nice review! I believe our hotel is one of the best and based in one of the best lake location! We have taken care of the bugs and/or wall spiders that you spotted in your room it is a bit difficult to have them all ayaw from nature specially having a great large garden!... More

We loved staying here. We had room 3 which is definitely the best with its own terrace and perfect lake views. It's very quiet and relaxing. The staff are all lovely and the food was excellent. However it may not be for everyone. As mentioned by others there are a lot of bugs and spiders around and it is by... More

Fab views, lovely staff. Good deal with their evening meal. The manager went out or his way to create a veggie option for me one evening as nothing seemed available. Good sized rooms with charming garden area.

We felt so welcomed at Arca de Noe. It's a perfect spot with stunning lake views and beautifully maintained flowers everywhere. The rooms were immaculate, the bed very comfortable, the shower hot. Although there were other options, we dined at the hotel almost every meal because the food was excellent. It was easy to walk along the shore to go... More

The food is good and the place is nice. They have WiFi which my place did not have, so I used to have breakfast there. One day I decided to have dinner there with friends. You have to sign up two hours in advance. When I did and was about to leave, suddenly the indigenous lady came and asked for... More
