I've been to Guaria four times now, and it gets better and better! Other than being in a spectacular location with it rich diverse nature, I had the most wonderful organic meals, quality yoga and meditation instructors, and the most rejuvenating experience by disconnecting from the daily grind and taking time for self growth and re-calibration. The staff is amazing... More

Words are insufficient to describe Guaria de Osa, real orchid of the Osa! Food was amazing, so delicious and tasty and healthy, so good!! The staff, form the kitchen to the room service to the nice people working on the grounds, taking care of everything, all your needs and beyond! There was nothing I could ask for, it was provided... They say to spend your money on experiences rather than items and this place rings true to that. Nothing compares to the cleansing and spiritual growth that can be accomplished in nature while also making new friends :) No regrets, great food, great memories and a needed break from today's fast paced society and tethered technology! I will be back,... More

I visited Guaria de Osa Ecolodge in January and I have to say it was the perfect way to start the year off. This was rejuvenating adventure into one of the most bio diverse regions in the world. I awoke to Capuchin Monkeys dancing across my beach bungalow each morning. The sights, sells and sounds of this beautiful haven are... More

So thankful to Life, allowing another purely beautiful life experience at Guaria. I had the chance visit this Ecolodge 5 years ago, when I began my explorations as a costarrican Nature Guide and fell in love with the positive vibe of this place. A couple of weeks ago when I knew a friend of mine was coming for the first... More

Group retreat at Guaria de Osa this January, what a magical way to start the year! All around vibrant beauty. Everything tended to with extreme care, the garden, the beach, the outdoor dining tables, the meals, the spacious airy rooms, the majestic yoga space, the stunning massage/healing room. With options to do, swimming, snorkeling, touring the rainforest, canoeing, horseback riding,... More

I've been to Guaira de Osa (meaning Orchid of the Osa) twice now and it's such a magical place! I can't recommend it enough. What a place to recharge and unplug from the world! Guaria is a very remote eco-lodge and is so perfect for an escape. It's always nice to reset your circadian rhythm to the sunrises and sunsets.... More

The owner/operator Jonathon is a gracious host and a real character. He has built a really cool eco-lodge here, so don't expect a five star "resort". Getting to and from Guaria de Osa is worth the trip alone, and the staff makes this part painless. The grounds of Guaria are simply beautiful. Our room was clean and had a private... More

I just returned from my second year in a row at Guaria De Osa.. This place is absolutely magical as if out of a dream. Eating breakfast outdoors with white face monkeys filling the surrounding trees. Watching the sunset into the ocean on a near private beach. The staff are friendly and accommodating in every way. This is an eco-lodge,... More

I couldn't have had a better time here . . . So remote and peaceful, such an amazing beach, such beauty everywhere . . . . The accommodations were perfect, the food was very satisfying and everyone there was joyous . . . need I say more? Spent two weeks here practicing tai chi and music and meeting new friends,... More
