Tortilla Flats was an oasis after a really awful night at the backpackers´ hostel down the road. We stayed in Room #4 in Tortilla Flats for over two months and had the time of our lives. Dominical is full of young, active ticos and gringos. A lot of surfers, but also a lot who don't surf.
