The outside looks good, big parking lot, western motiff and landscaping. I would have probably done better sleeping in that big nice parking lot. They have just let it run down and when I was there in Oct 2014 it was for sale, sure hope some one picks it up because it doesn't help Tombstone to have this place sucking... More

Okay, I'm in tombstone a lot. I was already staying at look out lodge for the weekend. I wanted to swing in this place to see one of the rooms cause I like to stay on freemont street and larian is always booked!!! ( larian is awesome ). Any ways a girl took me and my wife and son down... More

Before you book a room, take a look at the room you will get. The room we stayed in smelled bad and was dingy. The lights were dim, the room hasn't been updated in decades, and was way overpriced at $100+. Management was almost non existent and of no help. We had paid for two nights and left after one... One thing that is convenient about this hotel is the location. You are within walking distance from all main attractions. BUT here is a little bit about our experience: The administration is HORRIBLE. When we made the reservation they told us we would have room 117, then they called us back saying " I'm sorry, you're in room 119, we... More

The owner was never there. There is a note on the door that he had to leave and would return and to call the number. The room was made for one small bed but he put two large beds in the room so he could charge more for two beds. The beds looked like he picked them up alongside the... More

The location was convenient, I'll give it that. But the shower/bath looked was suited for a frat house, it smelled horrible, the doors were left unlocked, there was no one on site at all (even when I called to tell them the heater didn't work and they suggested I fix it myself because they didnt want to drive over) and... Hotel was okay. Had availability for my spontaneous trip to Tombstone. Good spot in town. Able to walk to the nearby tourist attractions. Room was a little old and outdated. Would not recommend for amenities.. not much at the hotel or in my room. Cheap rate. Slept okay.

This motel is like a real helldorado. It is like stepping in a motel in 1880, with all the stence and dirt of the era. And on top of all, they refused to change the sheets,. Avoid this motel if you can. Tombstone is worth a visit, but please stay anywhere else!

I went up with a group of friends recently. We had such a wonderful time. We got permission to fire up our small, portable grill. My friends and I arrived late in the afternoon, and so hung out at this hotel and barbecued before going out and about around town. This was such a different type of trip for us:... More

My daughters and I stayed June 2012 and we loved it. The room was older but it went with the old town feeling, made us feel like we were really back in time. The owner Ruben was very kind, full of history and very attentative to our needs. We will stay there in our next trip to Tombstone.
