First thing when opening the door was the musty smell. We had a room next to the pool and next to the vending machines which were very noisy all night. We could hear the compressor and water all night long, on top of the staff vacumming, and noisy other apartments.Walls are very thin. Bed matress was bad, all the furniture... more

I enjoyed the staff very much. Very willing to help me with driving dirictions and printed them out for me. I really liked that I didn't have to eat out for every meal. This suite had a dish washer and a ice maker (now how cool is that) I will sure stay in a suite again in the furture. more

I am sad to say that I had the worst experience ever, not only was the hotel filthy and smelly but the worst part is that it is infested with bed bugs. I was shocked the following morning when I saw one on my shoulder but to my horror when I checked the bed there was a whole fleet of... more

This is home away from home. Very clean, and with all the ammenities you need as a business traveler or tourist. If you're a tourist however, there isn't much nearby to see or walk to so make sure you have a rental car. But for the price, and location near five different highways, it is a good choice for the... more

Thanksgiving weekend. Hotel very empty. Room could have been cleaner, but ok. Not much to do in the industrial park neighborhood. But would be a great place for Spring Training at Diablo Stadium. At $28 a night I loved it. more

We stayed at this lovely Homestead Suites hotel for our visit to the Phoenix/Tempe area. It was everything I could have hoped for in a suite hotel: clean and comfortable rooms, well-appointed kitchen, good service, nice grounds. It took me a little while to find the place, as it isn't on a main street, but once I found it, it... more

First off, I got this property through Priceline, so it was a bit of a bargain for me. Once I had gotten notification that my bid was accepted, I realized that there was a potential for only having one queen bed (I needed either 2 beds or a sofa sleeper) and I wasn't given a preference for smoking/non-smoking. I called... more

Just came back from the "valley of the sun" and I was disapointed with the Homestead Suites. The rooms were very small, the walls and floors were paper thin. I have stayed at other so-called suites and this property is not a suite. They advertised that they served breakfast, but that never happened. Jae at the front desk was very... more

I stayed at "Homestead Suites last October, primarily because I had stayed there twice before when it was known as Mainstay Suites. It has since undergone a name change and changed ownership and I can honestly say, I will never stay there again. What was wrong? 1. Gave away my non -smoking room, even though I'd made reservations months in... more
