Well, if you need to be near the Arizona Mills mall, this would do. Some good features, some bad. Helpful desk staff. Pretty good breakfast. Small pool but OK. Two computers for guests. Not a neighborhood to explore. List of nearby restaurants, but not much description. The Claim Jumper in the AM Mall was very good. I-10 and US60 are... more

My husband and I have now stayed at this hotel twice this summer, and we had a very good experience both times. I agree it was a bit hard to find the first time. But we were pleasantly surprised at all the room included--nice sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, even dishes...made us wish we were staying longer! The room also... more

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while on business in Phoenix. My family came with me, so they Played while I worked. We got a 2 bedroom 1 bath suite and paid about $95 per night. What a Bargain! The Hotel is about a block from the Arizona Mills Shopping Mall that houses a lot of great Outlet shops... more

My family stayed at this hotel while visiting ASU for their college tour. It was tricky to find at night as the signage is not very good. We arrived a little tired, but there were no sheets on the pull-out couch, so we waited and waited and finally had to call twice to get the sheets so we all could... more

I stayed in the TownePlace Suites in Tempe with my brother and dad from Friday to today, which is Monday. I am actually typing this review on one of the computers at the hotel right now! We stayed to see some Spring Training baseball, and overall, it was a nice stay. We had come here a few years ago, and... more

I had a studio room and could not have asked for more! It had a nice little kitchen, couch, desk/table, and a comfy bed. The staff was wonderful and the location was good (lots of dining around). The only two negitives (which the positives all but eliminate) is that when I stopped to have breakfast on my way out at... more

We arrived here after dark and had a few confusing moments as we tried to locate the property. The lobby is spacious and nicely decorated. Check-in was efficient. I was a little leery as we walked down the narrow, drab hallway to our room. My fears were quickly allayed when we entered the room. It had a compact but well-designed... more

This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. We were $79 for a huge suite with bed, lounge area and small kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave etc. Clean, comfortable and with some fast food locations right near by it was perfect for our overnight stay. more

We got this great room for just $39 on Priceline, its hot in August, so the rates are soft like the asphalt! Rooms are great and cool, pool in the courtyard is small but nice, and a big area of grass behind the buildings to walk the dogs the hotel lets stay for $75 (how that fee is more than... more

Four families of our 15U baseball team stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. We each booked a ground floor 2 bedroom for $99 per night. The rooms were nice size, clean and the beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had a queen size bed plus there is a sofa sleeper in the living room, which allowed an extra player to crash... more
