Had a great stay, hotel close to airport & shopping centers. The staff was excellent and the food was great. Going back to again next year. more
Ended up here for the weekend with a Hotwire booking. Not a good hotel for a number of reasons. The biggest issue was room cleanliness. We didn't pull back the shower curtain until morning, and then found that the shower wall had extensive, active black mildew. I'd say 40-50 inches of grout featured this. Service at check-in was very friendly and accomodating even though I arrived early with no expectation of being able to get into my room at that time. Excellent staff! They were all very friendly and welcoming. Perfect time of year to go in March. Great weather! Close to ASU bars and music festivals. Close to Scottsdale for Bike Week. After a warm greeting we immediately went to our room and found everything in order, no funny smells, and comfortably furnished. Well for a 5 hour stay they hit the mark with bad service. So I arrived at the airport at 11pm and called for a shuttle. The girl on the phone told me it would be 5 minutes. The rooms were very comfortable. Club level was great we could have breakfast every morning befor heading out for the day. Staff were super. Central location close to freeway made all areas easily accesible. more
