Very Unsatisfied. Rooms were dirty, there were definately questionable people roaming around at all hours, and the rate was competitve with the much nicer best wester, innsuites and holiday inn in the area. what a joke. more

the lock on our room door broke, the door came off it's hinges, they moved me to another room with a broken TV, loud people in the pool keeping me up all night. We chose this hotel because of its location. We wanted something near the airport, near Tempe, near Mesa and near Metro Phoenix. We thought of the nearby AZ Mills mall as a plus. I used another Ramada's internet access to book a room with this Ramada. I have never had a problem previously booking on the website but for some reason the room was booked for the previous day. The reception staff were nice enough when I turned up, without a reservation. It's a pity the room wasn't as nice as the staff.... more

I booked my room on-line based on 1) Price: Fair for going rates of local hotels 2) NOT directly next to ASU where party-goers are loud 3) Close enough to downtown Tempe to drive, 15 min. A very nice hotel our room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was the best we had ever had ,hot eggs and sasage,fresh fruits,many types of breads,cereals, great coffee and juice. The pool and spa were heated. The hotels staff was the best very friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again. Thanks Ramada for everything! more

Room cost over $100 but should have cost $29. Roaches scattered when we turned on the lights. Dead roaches in bathtub. Toilet overflowed. Carpet was dirty, I felt like I couldn't take off my shoes.
