I used this hotel for a one night stay after arriving into Phoenix after 11pm. I had never stayed at a Hyatt Place before and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We were greeted, checked in and in our room in minutes. The room was perfect for our needs, very comfortable bed, nice sofa area, fantastic tv and work area... more

Stayed here the night before my flight home from a business trip. Hyatt Place hotels are mostly re-purposed Amerisuites. I have stayed in 5 or 6 differnt properties around the country and they are all mostly identical. Hyatt hotels has totally redone the rooms into a modern design which is a cross between a 'suite' room and a regular room.... more

We stayed at this property while in town for a friends wedding. It was nice and clean, which we expected. Surprisingly I didn't seem to be bothered by the airport, which I was a little nervous about at first. The property is well taken care of and looks brand new. The staff didn't really greet us much when we were... more

Came here for a business trip. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are nice and spacious. However, it's near the airport, the highway, the railroad tracks, the Minneapolis 500.... Just coming in from the east coast, and dealing with the time change I wanted to go to bed early, but this was nixed by the... more

We stay at Hyatt Place hotels everywhere we go for short trips. All rooms are exactly identical at every hotel. If you book on line, you go into the lobby and check yourself in at the kiosk which then gives you your room keys with a reciept with the room number and directions to your room. No standing in line... more

Husband and I stayed at Hyatt Place Nov. 13-17, 2008. Hotel Shuttle was waiting at the airport. We were very impressed with the super friendly and helpful staff. Self check-in kiosk worked like a charm. Food was tasty and freshly prepared. The room was huge and the 42 inch plasma TV came in handy for watching DVDs we brought with... more

This was our first time staying at a Hyatt Place. We often visit Tempe, AZ and thought we would give this place a try. We got a great rate through Hotels.com. The room was clean and modern. We got in earlier than expected and we had no problem checking in . The front reception staff was friendly and very helpful.... more

I've stayed twice at this hotel this week, and have had a comfortable, pleasant experience both times. The staff were mostly friendly, albeit a bit aloof on my first check-in, but noone has been rude. The hotel appears to be basically completed - there was some tile work being laid on the ground floor on Sunday, but all done by... more
