I like to stay at Hyatt Places because I know what to expect, and this proved true one again. The room was nice with 2 queen beds and a sitting area. The bed was extremely comfortable; the bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water, and we were even given a balcony with a view of the mountains. Our... More

We stayed at this beautiful Hyatt Place the night before our trip to Maui. We love it, we were allowed to keep our car at the hotel while we were in Maui and the shuttle service was wonderful. Living an hour from the airport we decided no matter what time our flights we are always going to stay at this... More

Pretty much a standard Hyatt Place and what I have come to expect from a Hyatt Place. Comfortable suite, nice spot for coffee and snacks. I did not have breakfast there. Their staff provided decent service. My air conditioner was very squeaky and actually sounded a little like an alarm clock. It ultimately woke me early in the morning. Overall... More

I can always count on Hyatt to provide wonderful bedding and comfortable surroundings. The only drawback was the noise of the airport, which I expected, and the noise of the air conditioner, which I didn't expect. This is very close to ASU and the Gammage, the reason for our visit.

Great deal! We stayed at this hotel couple of days ago and it was great! The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. Awesome rooms! Also, the staff was awesome. They have a shuttle service that can take you to the shops and restaurants that are about a five minute drive from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

This is great place to stay for parents/families visiting ASU. It's close to the Tempe Campus and the Airport. Two room suites are very clean, spacious and well appointed. There is breathing room, your family isn't crapped up and on top of each other. Large sectional sofa-bed, wet bar with sink and refridgerator and a desk in one room, two... More

Good staff with great attitudes to help all guests and make it fun to stay there. The room is clean and comfortable and breakfast (included) was better than most for a lobby 'freebie'. I answered their review and commented how I didn't like the fact they brainwash their guests with Fox Channel (can't call it news) in the lobby and... More

We needed a room for an overnight shopping trip. This was it. We didn't spend much time there which was good because the AC isn't as powerful as it should be. The beds were double beds and the bathroom was extremely small. Other than that. The breakfast sandwiches were awesome and the staff was very nice.

Stayed overnight at Hyatt Place Tempe after arriving at Sky Harbor at 8:30 PM. Waited for the hotel shuttle - shuttle was packed full w/ passengers and luggage. Room was fine at that hour, who is going to complain. Hotel is on the fringe of Tempe and nothing is near it (no restaurants or shops). Another hotel - Marriott was... More

Within the last 10 days this middle class teacher has visited the Arizona Biltmore and a Diamond resort in Sedona, AZ. Tonight before flying home to my humble abode we needed a hotel close to the airport, reasonably priced and with a shuttle so we could drop off our rental and still get to the airport in the morning. The... More
