We needed to stay overnight to go to the theater. Many places were full so we opted to drive a bit and stay here. The hotel was clean, free breakfast, free internet. Although one of the older hotels, it was fine for the night. Just a couple blocks from the big shopping Center, Arizona Mills.

Staff was amazing at being attentive to all of my needs. They went beyond the call of duty to keep us satisfied. That being said , I will only book with Marriott chains for all of my travels. Lisette Candelaria

My review may be colored by the fact that at the time I stayed, the hotel was charging north of $150 a night, and that's even with an AAA discount. In my world, I need to see something a little special as we start to approach $200 a night. To summarize, this is an ordinary hotel, essentially placed on an... More

I booked through Hotels.com. However, I did call the hotel to make sure all was well with the reservation and to let them know we would have an after midnight check-in. When we arrived, our check-in was super quick, and we were on our way to the room. The room was not large but had everything we needed for 4... More

We stayed here recently for our Spring Training trip and the hotel met our expectations. The location is great and very central within Phoenix. Although there really isn't anything within walking distance, you are a short drive from Mill Ave. as well as most of Phoenix. For being so close to the airport, we really didn't hear much noise from... More

I booked this room a couple weeks in advance and was told I was getting a military rate for both nights, which should have totaled out around 300. When I got there they charged me $490. Then a couple hours later I had a charge for $100. When I brought it up they said they'd change the rate back to... More

We had a lovely stay at Springhill that started at check in! Marimel was our front desk staff person and she was extremely courteous; she made sure we knew what services were available to us including car rental return; Marimel shared information about breakfast, parking, and was so cheerful and pleasant. Kudos to her for a smooth checkin and we... More

This is a typical Springhill Suites in layout, but not in service. The location is by ASU campus, and certainly not as nice as the true downtown hotels, but I never felt unsafe (Just walk toward downtown, not to the Circle K if you turn left out of the parking lot) PROs: - 10 minute walk to downtown Phoenix -... We stayed there on both ends of a trip last week. We've stayed at numerous Springhill Suites before and this was the worst one ever. The first room looked very old and the water smelled and tasted like it had mold growing in it. The air conditioner was extremely loud so we had to turn it off to sleep. They... More

We landed Super Bowl tickets the week before the game and were very lucky to find a hotel in Phoenix. All the bigger hotels were BOOKED solid This little gem was not in the middle of all the Super Bowl fun and that is my only complaint Great breakfast and wonderful staff The room was spacious and clean.
