I needed a hotel near ASU, and I found this Days Inn and it was under $60 a night. The room was a pretty decent size, with a microfridge inside the room. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. There was some kind of plumbing issue with our room. The water in the shower would go from hot... more

We needed a hotel for an overnight after flying in to Phoenix and then flying out the next morning. This hotel had a free shuttle and was under $80 so we thought, how bad could it be? We thought it was priced so low because it was off season and it was summer break. It was definitely not even worth... more

If you are a road-tripper on a budget who wants to attend a sporting event in Phoenix, this place is OK. I stayed with a girlfriend for a Seahawks at Cards game in October of 2004. The stadium is nearby and they even provided a shuttle to Sun Devil Stadium. The Giants and Angels Spring Training Parks are nearby, as... more

The Day's Inn in Tempe is a very mediocre motel at a very high price. The motel has seen better days and is worn around the edges. The porcelain in the bathroom is chipped and there was mildew around the rim of the tub. The wireless internet did not work in our first room and in a second room we... more

I've stayed at this hotel a few times for convenient location and wireless internet connection. The rooms have a mini-fridge and are comfortable although they can be noisy. Bathrooms are tiny. Some of the rooms have been neglected for lack of repairs, such as loose toilet seats, sticky doors, and broken towel racks/fixtures. Washer and dryer are outside next to... more

Stayed here for three nights in October for a conference. The conference hotels were fully booked and dear. Found the Days inn using Google earth. They have shuttle service that promptly picked me up from the airport. Checking in was seamless, room was clean, breakfast service above expectation. There is free wireless as well. Location is good, two blocks from... more

The Days Inn in Tempe is a reasonable hotel at a good price. The neighbourhood is fine. As some other reviews have stated, there is a lot of construction work going on outside the property, but this is not the fault of the hotel, and did not hinder our stay in any way. The location is a little way from... more

This property is old, but In its day was probably ok. However, it has been neglected and is in very poor repair. There was actually a telephone book and pry bar wedged under the air conditioner unit to keep it off the floor! We have stayed in other Days Inns, mainly because they are usually fairly nice, clean and reasonably... more

Seemed like a good location for visiting the baseball spring training team sites that we wanted to go to. There is road construction on Apache Blvd that seemed like a war zone in front of the Days Inn. The adjacent building was boarded up, apparently a defunct Carrows Restaurant, so first appearance around the Days Inn wasn't too pleasing. The... more
