Older hotel with a very old motel feel this is a hotel where you really are getting what you pay for. This was our first stay at Country Inn & Suites, most likely our last. The front desk service at check in and check out was extremely poor. The clerk was nice enough but not very proficient at her job.... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here because he was attending a 2 month school down here. This hotel was a choice to stay at and we chose it. When we first got here the guy at the front desk snapped at us for showing up a little early. The room is falling apart, the house keeping skipped our room everyday.... more

This hotel is clean, but quite run down and in need of refurbishment. The rooms are large, if you book a suite, but not a great value for what you get. The lampshades were broken; the door handle and lock very difficult to open with the key card; no breakfast at 6:00 am, as promised (we had to leave by... more

I travel inextensively internationally and have for music business and pleasure for many years! There have been the Best, the Good the bad and ugly! If your in Phoenix Tempe area, I have to say you can do much better in fact far better for the price they quote. Suites are very very small, Air conditioners poor and bedrooms have... more

I just completed a 30 day stay at the property. Overall I liked the experience. No, it is not fancy, but functional. My room had a microwave and a small refrigerator which came in handy. The small flat screen TV was nice. Postives are price, location, friendly staff, free breakfast and free van service. Negatives are van only runs once... more

We stayed here for one night in May, our last hotel of a 24 day trip before flying back home. We stay at Country Inns fairly frequently because they're generally fairly new and well maintained. This franchisee-owned property is the worst Country Inn we've stayed at. It's quite dated and doesn't have interior corridors---the rooms open up to an ugly... more

Our one night stay was awful. There were so many furnishings in the room that we we could barely get around. Also the room had a strange odor. Thank goodness that we were only staying one night. more

My fiance and I came to Tempe for the Ironman competition. Last year we had stayed at the Country Inn & Suites Tempe Airport and really enjoyed our stay. That's where we thought we were booking this year but somehow got confused and booked this one. We booked a one bedroom executive suite with a full kitchen. Sounds nice, but... more

The "Deluxe Suite" was awful. When the hideabed was pulled down you couldn't get out of the room or switch the AC without crawling over it. The AC was in the living area, and cooled it too much, without any cooling of the bedroom area. The breakfast was untidy with overflowing garbage and not even a bag of tea. We... more

Went to Phoenix to watch my son play college baseball. Originally it was my father and I. We then had two unexpected guests decide they were going. The hotel accomodated the two guests with no problems giving us a room with two queens for two nights. The next three nights they had to sleep on roll aways. We were not... more
