I've stayed here twice and each time I found the same results so there seems to be no surprises. The service was good but not welcoming. The rooms were large enough. Free WiFi. The TV wasn't working because of the power cord and they came immediately to fix it. The beds were comfortable enough. One thing I do not like... More

Booked off Hotwire.com for the first time which was our first mistake. Was billed as a boutique hotel which it is anything but. Lobby is nice enough and clean. Staff at the desk at check in and check out were efficient and friendly. We were able to get a complimentary shuttle from dinner on Mill St back to the hotel... More

Was there about few years ago. This hotel has big twin bed and lots of pillows, really comfortable. Clean bathroom, spacious room, and good tv's show. The hotel service also great, the guys on the front desk were really helpful. They provide a driver with a van to take us go around Tempe by request. Really love to stay here,... More

Was assigned a room here due to a flight being cancelled. Came in late, about 10pm, and had to be out before breakfast. The shuttle was small but ok, and responsive. The check in was ok, but they did not have anything other than a king with a pullout bed for my family of 4. People were indeed friendly. The... More

Let me preface this review with two comments 1. This was a Priceline bid, but as I put in "three stars" in the request line I figured we'd get a very decent hotel with some basic amenities. 2. I always try to look for the positive aspects of any situation. That being said, there are multiple reasons you should avoid... More

When I think of he Sheraton brand I think decent place, well maintained, nice......this hotel does not live up to the Shertaon name. The staff is amazing, very kind, extremely helpful and energetic. However I will never stay here again. THe location is noisy, too close to ASU, the furniture is old and not well maintained, there is a lot... More

I recently just had to overnight in Phoenix. The airline I had flown gave me a voucher to stay at Four Points, being that the next available flight was the next morning. From the start they were extremely nice, considering I was not having the best of days traveling. From the gentleman who drove the courtesy shuttle from Sky Harbor... More

Discusting dirty hotel. Front desk employess very nice but all areas of hotel were discusting. Restraunt was reheated, frozen, bad food that was inedible, even the bar served bad fruit in drinks with dead fruit flies. Free breakfast was frozen waffles, stale bread, & the bacon was gone in 30 of opening with a refusal to make more. Coffee brewed... More

This is a fairly small hotel but, tries very hard to offer services of a larger property. Staff is very helpful and nice. They even had a free food happy hour one night with a free beer selection. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff is awesome and provide great service. Transportation to restaurants and bars is another big plus. Van drivers are great. Free breakfast was plus too and it was good. Free parking. Location close to ASU so if need someplace close this is the place for you. Now, the downside...it's very old and needs an update. Room has worn... More
