The place was clean and pleasant, which is good considering how remote it is. However, beware: you can only check in between 1 and 5 pm; so, if you hike down and want to go see the falls in the morning, you need to either leave your stuff unsecured at the lobby (assuming you find it open) or lug it... The reservations were a little tricky to make. I made ours in October for an Augyst stay at the lodge. Apparantly, they don't address the following year's requests until January but I did not know that. The office is ooen from 9-12 and then again from 1-4 ish. With the time zone difference in NY I kept missing them. Once... More

Friendly staff. Easy check in process. Informative pre-lodge packet sent ahead if time. SIMPLE. Clean. No TV. Air Conditioned. Not a fancy place but we couldn't have asked for more!! Cafe and store are a short walk away. The falls are about 2 miles but a very easy hike.

My extended family and I stayed at this place just for one night, and I'm glad we didn't plan on staying longer, because the whole experience was nowhere near worth the expense. My Dad, brother and I took the horses down the canyon, while my Mom, Great-Granny and baby brother took the helicopter, meeting up in the village. There are... More

Really nice place to stay in the canyon if you are ok with no frills. Clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable after all of the hiking. The only thing that is not convenient is that you must bring your own food. The Supai village is not really set up with many places to eat especially after 6PM and... More

Plan your hike early in the day so you dont get caught in the arrid heat that we did. If you;re there any time after 8am take the helicopter or the horses (although those horses have seen better days). As for the lodge it is very basic as all the other reviews have stated. Two beds and a coffee maker... More

Well... If you want to see incredible beauty of Havasu Falls you need to stay somewhere... You don't have many choices: the campground or the lodge. Lodge isn't most beautiful place in the world, but it works pretty well. Rooms are OK, price... well... you don't have a choice anyway! So question is: is it better to carry your own... More

The location is reputed to be wonderful, but the lodge customer "service" is extremely poor. They can be reached only by telephone, and it takes hours to get an answer. When you do, listen carefully as English is not clearly spoken. Be certain you understand the information and requirements. If you make a reservation, check a week or so later... More

I rated Poor so far because you can't get a hold of anyone to book a visit. Can anyone tell me how they managed to make a reservation at this lodge. I have been calling the numbers for the lodge and the campground for over a week, it either rings continuously, goes to voicemail that is full and you can't... More

Given its remote location, two stars is one star better than I would have expected. The Lodge has seen better days, but it provides more than enough creature comforts for a trip that should basically be viewed as a roughing it experience. Each of the lodge’s 24 rooms has two double beds and a bathroom. The rooms are very basic:... More
