Stayed here for business and would not again even if I had to pay out of pocket to stay elsewhere. The hotel is a dump. Everything about it is run down and worn out. The room was one of the worst I have stayed in. The parking lot is not well lit and did not feel safe at night. The... More

We spent 4 nights & were very disappointed compared to our previous stay . Our room was on the second floor . The a/c didn't work , all of our showers were lukewarm , we were given 2 bath towels , 1 hand towel & 1 wash cloth for 2 people to use . One day my husband asked a... More

Went to cowboy poetry afterparty and ate at Maestros Lounge for the first time. Food was out of this world. Shocked but it was better than most restaurants in Sierra Vista. Decor was dated and boring with a lot of tape left over from past parties on the celing. Service was exceptional and they have a pool table and a... More

I rarely write a bad review but this is #1 of 2014. A group of friends got together to go the bar at Windermere for a small reunion. We would frequent the Windermere every week when I lived in SV. We walked into the bar and it was cold and unfinished. The chairs were uncomfortable for sitting on for long... More

We were here for two nights in December 2013. We were given a pretty good rate which included a full hot breakfast and two drinks in the bar. Check-in was smooth and the lady (Bobbi) was helpful. The room was a basic motel fare - however it was clean, had nice amenities and included coffee maker, microwave and bar fridge.... More

Our room was large and comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, hot and free. The lighting in the parking lot in lobby was dark. This is an older hotel and this shows in the exteriors and public places. If you don't mind that, it was a good value for the money.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. However, the air conditioner was very loud (we had to throw a pillow over it) and the towels were very thin. We had received a great deal through Hotwire, so we really can't complain. In fact, based on the price we paid it was a great deal.... More

Stayed overnight and got a great rate. Can't beat the value for your money. Has a great breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs with gravy and biscuits as well as sausage and fruit are all out on the buffet. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Needs to be updated a little, but is comfortable. The staff is friendly, courteous and very responsive to... More

Stayed for three days recently with an online third-party booking. The first night was not good - they had a military group in on long term stays for some kind of event, and the guy staying above us was moving around all night long, thumping with his boots and making the floor creak. We talked to Candice at the front... More

First of all, I don't like writing negative reviews; I know what's written at Trip Advisor can have either a positive or negative effect, and I like to support local businesses. But, this time, I really think The Windemere needs to listen and up its game. Our room, #350, was supposed to be smoke-free. Instead, it stank of old, heavy... More
