my only contact with the staff was at checkin and checkout- I did no have the breakfast and didn't use the pool internet or other services

Our room was in the back of the hotel but still not to far from the pool. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Room was big with lots of room for luggage. Pool was nicely heated. Rooms was in great condition. Only complaint would be that the beds were to soft and I woke up with back pain two days in a row.

Location good- away from the noise of the road. Staff accommodating. Needs a little TLC on the outside

I stayed there this past weekend and the room we were in was horrible! The safety door latch was broken from being kicked in! The microwave didn't work! The fridge froze everything we had in there! The ac/heater knob was broken! I asked for a wake up call for 8:00 am and never received the so called wake up call!... More

Exterior and the stairs need some attention, metal stair treads were worn and dirty looking made me wounder what the room was going to look like. Room was clean and in the average range.
