Despite the proximity to the RR tracks we stayed in the back. The owner/manager is VERY accommodating and really appreciated how clean the rooms are. This area is pretty remote compared to other areas and did put the fan on to drown any exterior noise that the RR might of produced. Pocket door for the bathroom and pretty small shower... More

This was our 4th year to stay at the Canyon Lodge during the RT 66 FUN RUN. My daughter and her boyfriend joined us this year and enjoyed their stay also. It is like returning to visit your Favorite Family Members. Reinhardt and Mike are gracious hosts. We love sitting outside in the much cooler weather of Seligman and visiting... More

This older, but extremely clean motel was a great place to stay a nice. Very nice beds. Reinhardt, the inn keeper was very helpful in his stories of the town, and recommendations to eat. This place is a classic, and we would highly recommend, if you are traveling Route 66. And of course, this is where the Disney movie Cars... More

This Hotel is smack in the middle of Seligman so you can walk everywhere Lots and lots of route 66 shops of course so you spend hours shopping. Lots of nice restaurants around town too. The Hotel does not have a pool which is a shame but the rooms (all themed in differant styles),are very cool (try and have a... More

So glad we chose the Canyon Inn for our stepping off point to a hike into Havasu Canyon. The manager was super friendly with tips on dining and stories of the history of this really cool town. The rooms have quirky themes. Our Route 66 room was super clean and comfy. The continental breakfast is simple but filling. All in... More

Seligman is a nice little town along I-40/Route 66. Home of person who revitalized historic Route 66. Canyon Lodge is very clean with all rooms having nostalgic Hollywood/western themes. Being a "German" town it was nice to meet the manager who is from Germany. Very nice and accommodating people. Lodge is only blocks from the best restaurant in town that... More

My wife and I wer e traveling from the Grand Canyon to Laughlin NV on April 15 2015. The weather had become cold and blustery and as we were riding on a 3 wheel motorcycle we were anxious to find a warm room for the night. After a really good meal at Lilo's restaurant we asked the waitress Erika if... More

Well to put it bluntly, our expectations were EXCEEDED! This is a fun stop in the middle of historic Route 66. Our stay at the Canyon Lodge was fabulous with a great down home, comfortable feeling. Traveling with 2-teens, we ended up getting two rooms - The Elvis Suite and 50's. Everyone of us had a great time and a... More

this motel is furnished with lots of attention to detail! Reinhard was very friendly and told us stories about Seligman and the Motel which was really nice! The price is unbeatable. When we looked around in Seligman this Motel seemed by far the nicest one. It was very clean! The only thing was that it was very cold in November... More

We stayed in Seligman while traveling from lake Havasu and the Canyon Lodge is certainly a jewel on Route 66 Everything was rustic with modern touches! Great restaurant recommendation including discount if you show your key. This is why Route 66 will survive. Keep up the great work.
