My husband and I took the drive from Las Vegas and had to drive Route 66. The day we went, it was sunny. The drive was wonderful and we stopped several times to take pictures of the historic area. We stayed overnight here May 30, 2007. Our room seemed more spacious than the usual since the beds were end to end across a large space in the center of the room. Everything was neat and clean. Quilts on bed and other homey touches. Chairs outside for relaxing or viewing the countryside. (There were ash tray stands for the smokers.)... more

This old RT. 66 motel has large rooms and a big bathroom. The Hosts are very friendly and helpful.
