It's hard to review this hotel by today's standards so I will review it by the standards of its hey day. The gal who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The rooms are small but it was spotless. Thank you Sarah! The room is overly decorated in Route 66 memorabilia. The queen bed , however, had a new, firm... More

After driving all day we chose this motel. There were only two rooms left. We had to take a two queen bed room which cost $71. Other motels wanted $159- $215 since it was a Saturday. The owner was so helpful and kind. He showed us the room before we paid. The wifi and tv were great. The bedding and... More

We were tired and in the middle of nowhere, so this became a novelty stop for us. The motel wasn't bad. It is rustic and the prices weren't bad. I would stay again if ever in the area. It is a little bit out of the way.

fun, interesting, down to earth, the highlight of our trip....starting in Oakland Ca, and ending in Grand Rapids Mi. wish we had more time to explore. Would have liked to visit more of the historical route 66. The road kill cafe had awesome food.

Great care is taken on what is admittedly a funky hotel, but this place is the real deal. If you are looking for a convenient, friendly place and are not fussy about traditional amenities this is the place-- plus it's across the street from a really good restaurant with authentic local color.

It was late at night after a long day of driving and we needed a place to stay - which is how we ended up at the Historical Route 66 motel. The people running the motel were friendly and polite and the room and bedsheets were clean. They also offered a AAA discount. The room was one of the smallest... More

This was our first Route 66 experience and we were pleasantly surprised by Seligman. We got in late at night and were not sure what to expect but the motel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very accommodating with our late check-in and had our room all set up with an extra cot so it was ready when... We were a small group touring AZ Route 66 in our vintage cars. The overnight stay here was enjoyable and economical. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee in the room is always a plus for me. They do not supply shampoo, so make sure you pack some. They give you a 10% discount on your meal at the neighboring... More

Clean and reasonable. We stayed in the small house behind the actual "motel". It was very private and, quiet. This motel and, the entire town are worth the less than 5 minute drive off of the main interstate. Not only were the proprietors of the motel very friendly, so were everyone we met in the town!
