We has a very pleasant stay. All the staff went out of their way to make out stay enjoyable. Service at the quiet pool was nonexistent and I have a review about that, otherwise Sedona can't be passed up!

I love this hotel. The location just out of town is very peaceful. The staff is great and very accommodating. The beds were so comfy, we almost didn't want to get out of bed! Close enough to Sedona shopping, and trips to Jerome, too. This is our2nd stay here and will definitely stay again.

This was my second trip to Sedona. Incredible vistas surround the hotel, Bell Rock and The Courthouse can be seen right from your window. Nice rooms, concierge will direct you to anywhere you need to go. I would stay here again.

We really liked this hotel, the setting was great, rooms were clean and comfortable with a small kitchen area, pool was nice size and quiet (there are 2 pools, one for families and one not for children - what a great idea), good wifi and in-room safe. There is a great 18 hole golf course right next door to the... More

We found this to be a great hotel from which to explore the Sedona area. It's a beautiful 10 minute drive to downtown Sedona, passing Cathedral, Bell, and Courthouse rocks. Golf course all inclusive rate was $95 including clubs/cart. Pool was fun for kids and the food is excellent including room service. Breakfast buffet was also very good. Wifi worked... More

We stayed here 4 years ago and felt like the hotel was dated, dirty and had gone downhill. We went to the Grille restaurant and were going to sit outside as it was a beautiful night but all the chairs had some bird poop. We went inside and no one came by; I finally waved someone down from the bar.... More

We had a mini suite-very spacious. They r putting a fair amount of money into the resort and the updates show. Lobby quite nice. Spa was ok with good service. The pool needs some more chaises and needs better cleaning. We walked up and there was a fair amount of garbage by our chair. Pool was definitely our biggest complaint.... More

Loved this place -- we will be back!! Just went for an overnight stay just passing thru Sedona but we enjoyed our stay..very comfortable and clean!!! Next time we will stay and use their services. The only complaint was that we had to pay the $20 Resort fee even though we just used the hotel for an overnight stay.

Dear Diane F, Thank you for your kind comments and for staying at the Hilton Sedona. I hope you will be back,. We have tried to make our resort charge package of value to our guests. I am sorry you were unable to take advantage of it. Best Regards, Cindy More

My Mom and I stayed here since it is only about 2 hours away from the Grand Canyon. We had all our meals at The Grille on ShadowRock which was delicious and even though the menu is not vegetarian friendly, the waiters were accommodating, so I was able to have my vegetarian options. Also, the patio is dog friendly. There... More

Hi romeoandjuliet146, the Hilton Sedona does make a great home base to explore the many wonders of Northern Arizona, it has a lot of the conveniences of home and we are pet friendly. Thank you for dining at the Grille at ShadowRock, but I do want you to know there is a new vegan restaurant within walking distance of the... More

Sedona's an excellent R & R place to visit and Hilton is your best choice for a family resort. The facilities are always clean, the staff is friendly, the room service is efficient and the food is better than elsewhere. The downside is, there are charges for every little bit of extraneous miscellaneous things you never thought of, well, they... More

Hi annabellereseda, The resort really does have some very family friendly attributes; mostly suite accommodations with lots of space and two televisions, fridges and microwave ovens in all the rooms, a super family pool and we are pet friendly. By extra charges I am wondering if you mean the resort fee which does include kids eat free, internet, fitness club... More
