I stayed two nights here after a grueling 10 days of work in Phoenix. Sedona is truly an oasis, and the Hilton property complemented this nicely. I arrived late morning, so my room wasn't quite ready yet. They made it easy to store my luggage and I promptly found myself pool side, immediately relaxing. I loved being able to order... More

My wife and I stayed at this resort from August 17th-19th. The staff was great. From the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff was friendly and responsive. All our request were met promptly with a smile. The property is undergoing a renovation and the lobby looks great. Since this was our first time in Sedona, I requested... More

I had a room (suite) with a "red rock view." Unreal. I sat on the balcony 3-4 hours each of the two nights I was there. Room was great, nice pool. Hotel is 10-15 minutes of the "downtown" part of Sedona. Photos at sunset looked like paintings with red rock. I travel 140+ days a year; great hotel. Hope to... More

We arrived early. The woman at the front desk gave me a key so we could access the pool area and spa while we waited. We had room 3043 and it was worth the wait...a huge suite with a balcony overlooking the red rock formations. The pool area was great...toys for the kids, lots of seating and aTiki bar.

Very clean, very friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Dinner was excellent and it was a pretty fun to walk around the area and see the views. Great stop for the book tour and a blast of a cute little town to visit.

We are typically weary of resort hotels due to resort fees, but were so pleasantly surprised by what is included in the fees! My husband was able to play a round of golf (with all equipment included) for $59 after 3pm while I got a prenatal massage at their spa with Joanne, who is a doula. Rooms are clean, and... More

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. A typical Hilton, so no surprises. Very clean and staff very friendly. The main down side is the very noisy air con unit in the room. You either cook if it's off or you have to have a disturbed sleep with the noise. Would think twice about staying there again in the summer.

We were really looking forward to a night in this lovely sounding resort. The room and grounds look wonderful. The size of the room was great and it was very quiet in our room. However, the mattresses were awful. They need to be replaced. The lobby was redone and the linens are nice. But the mattresses in our room sank... More

Dera Diane S, Thank you for staying with us. I appreciate your honesty about the bed in your guestroom, I am so sorry. If you would be good enough to email me the room number I will have someone go to the room right away to correct the problems. Hilton is famous for our comfortable beds, so we need to... More

We stayed here for only one night on a recent trip where we came through Sedona on the way to the Grand Canyon. It was the kids' favorite hotel during our trip - they liked the pool, as it had nice features for kids and wasn't too crowded. They also liked the room itself, with a separate living room and... The hotel was fine. We had a spacious room - a 1 bedroom 2 queen suite, was a bit dated with super low ceilings. But the grounds, i.e. pool and restaurant more than made up for it. Kids under 12 eat free for breakfast? Lovely perk that made our day. The pool was very kid friendly with lots of cool... More

Dear Cara M., I am so glad you and your kids enjoyed the resort. I think that we are one of the most family friendly places in Sedona. Actually, we are considered Sedona, although we are outside of the city limits. We are located about 7 miles from the town tourist center along one of the most beautiful roads in... More
