If you like to stay on the perimeter of things where it tends to be a bit quieter, this is a wonderful property with lovely amenities. We had a 2 room suite with small kitchenette, balcony with beautiful view of the red rocks that provided for incredible sunrise views. The bed was really comfy, plenty of pillows & blankets, ample... Stayed in the 1 king and 1 bedroom suite. Full marks for cleanliness and room amenities. King bed was comfy, but don't expect too much from the sofa bed. Hotel has beautiful pools and nice hot tubs. Service was generally average. Surrounding views of the hotel were quite pretty. Overall, I only rate this hotel above average.

Nice 3.5 star family resort. Good value for the market when we booked. This hotel is a good option for families looking for a nice hotel with an upscale feel and resort amenities at a reasonable price. We were attracted to this property by 1 bedroom suites that were priced signficantly lower than standard rooms at 4 or 5 star... More

Way overpriced for what you get, at check in we were told there would be a $20 fee for use of the facilities. what was the over $200 a night for. Then breakfast was another $20 bill when most fine hotels offer breakfast as part of the charge. We were also told it was a heated pool it was not.

I was somewhat disappointed with this property. The actual footprint for the hotel is really small and the spa probably takes up more space with a much, much nicer pool. The hotel pools are hemmed in between buildings and parking lots. Also note that this hotel is pretty far out of the town of Sedona if that's important to you.

Calling this a resort is a huge stretch - the rooms are basic, outdated and overpriced. There is a golf course across the street, pools, and a spa, but this is not what most would consider a resort. The surroundings are beautiful, but sadly the amenities of this hotel (I just can't call it a resort) are not. Calling it... More

Pros: concierge was lovely and gave us great advice. Kids eat free was great. Enjoyed breakfast each morning. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was clean. Lobby was lovely. Cons: rooms were very small & outdated. Pool was small and pool towels were ridiculously small. Couldn't find parking spot on Sat evening to even get back to our room. Was not... More

We have stayed at the Hilton in Oak Creek twice before and had another wonderful experience. Our room rate included breakfast (buffet $20.50pp), free parking and free wifi (you need a password). The rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and is refreshed regularly so that it is always fresh. You can order eggs/omelets from the menu... More

If you're looking for some place to relax as one would when going to a spa resort, don't bother. It's great for families but not for a spa type of atmosphere. The place is very beautiful and well situated as far as accessibility and proximity to the Sedona area. I went there specifically because it was sold to me as... More

I booked a room for 2 nights. When I checked in, they did not have my room any more and gave me a room with two sofabeds. First thing - I was greeted, more or less, by a cockroach. For that I needed to pay almost 300 Dollars/ night. Beside the outdated, smelly Spa.. where you are not even getting... More
