I was somewhat disappointed with this property. The actual footprint for the hotel is really small and the spa probably takes up more space with a much, much nicer pool. The hotel pools are hemmed in between buildings and parking lots. Also note that this hotel is pretty far out of the town of Sedona if that's important to you.

Calling this a resort is a huge stretch - the rooms are basic, outdated and overpriced. There is a golf course across the street, pools, and a spa, but this is not what most would consider a resort. The surroundings are beautiful, but sadly the amenities of this hotel (I just can't call it a resort) are not. Calling it... More

Pros: concierge was lovely and gave us great advice. Kids eat free was great. Enjoyed breakfast each morning. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was clean. Lobby was lovely. Cons: rooms were very small & outdated. Pool was small and pool towels were ridiculously small. Couldn't find parking spot on Sat evening to even get back to our room. Was not... More

We have stayed at the Hilton in Oak Creek twice before and had another wonderful experience. Our room rate included breakfast (buffet $20.50pp), free parking and free wifi (you need a password). The rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and is refreshed regularly so that it is always fresh. You can order eggs/omelets from the menu... More

If you're looking for some place to relax as one would when going to a spa resort, don't bother. It's great for families but not for a spa type of atmosphere. The place is very beautiful and well situated as far as accessibility and proximity to the Sedona area. I went there specifically because it was sold to me as... More

I booked a room for 2 nights. When I checked in, they did not have my room any more and gave me a room with two sofabeds. First thing - I was greeted, more or less, by a cockroach. For that I needed to pay almost 300 Dollars/ night. Beside the outdated, smelly Spa.. where you are not even getting... More

A great resort property. Nice rooms / nice common areas; need help on their affinity program for frequent guest though. I think I paid more for meals than I should have? Free breakfast or whatever credit I was supposed to get seemed to have cost me money, but rooms were great!

Had a glorious Spring Break visit. Was everything we expected & more. Welcoming staff, lovely new lobby, helpful concierge & pleasant surprise that kids eat free! Would 100% recommend & stay again. Highlights of our stay: 1. Amazing walk along the river at Crescent Moon State Park. We'll worth the $10.00 parking fee. Kids were in heaven. Should have brought... More

Despite entire lobby being renovated while we were there, very noisy unable to really speak to concierge. 2 pools at main building very small surrounded by building and parking lot. Staff friendly. Rooms outdated, linens and towels thin ( not LUSH at all as advertised! On several occasions towels smelled distinctly like Body Odor YUCK!) able to hear hallway traffic... More

The "Resort & Spa" is evident as you pull up onto the property. You seriously could stay a week here and see all that Sedona has to offer as well as enjoy the amenities of the hotel. We were only here one day (road trip) but the convenience of the location was perfect for a quick tour of the beautiful... More
