A great resort just south of downtown Sedona. Rooms are oversized two room suites complete with an extra sink, microwave and fridge. A dining table and living area with fireplace are a great place to hang out so that you don't have to watch TV in bed if you don't want to. Small patio with chairs and a table are... more

This is a great hotel if you want to relax by the pools ( there are 3 of them) looking at wonderful Sedona views. I've read a review, where someone complained about a location, but I strongly disagree with that. The hotel is located aprox. 10-15 minute drive from Downtown Sedona, but just the drive itself is lots of fun,... more

I thought the hotel was a little over priced, especially for how far it was from downtown Sedona. The rooms are very nice, but it ends there. The front desk was extremely rude when I asked them if I could check out 30 minutes late and they told me they couldn't do it. The food is average at best, but... more

Dear Baker001, I appreciate the very nice rating you gave our accommodations, the cleanliness and I am happy your sleep quality was excellent. I apologize profusely if any of our staff was rude to you. We have a number of new front desk agents that are going through our training process. I don't tell you this as an excuse but...

I loved this hotel in Sedona. So much good has already been written about it, so I want to emphasize two things: It has three really nice pools, and the fitness center is one of the best that I have ever seen at a hotel. It has a lot of new equipments (cardio and weight-training), so if working out is... more

Hi JericoTraveler! Thank you for staying at my resort. I am glad you liked our Spa/Fitness Complex. It is one of the best facilities available at a resort or hotel. As part of the fitness center, fitness classes are included along with the 25-meter lap pool and three lighted tennis courts. I hope you return soon. Regards, Cindy

Not a bad hotel overall: decent location, nice property, but we had a bad start. Get to the hotel lobby, and there is a couple checking in at the front lobby with a hotel clerk. Another woman clerk stands to the side seemingly occupied with paperwork. Another woman, seemingly a manager, stands in the lobby area with no particular task... more

Dear Mozsacan, You are correct, it was unprofessional and unacceptable for you to have been treated any way less than with respect and hospitality. As a Diamond member you are one of Hilton's most loyal customers and I appreciate your loyalty. I apologize for my staff and their indifference to you. I have passed on your review to our operations...

I stayed for four nights at the Hilton Sedona with two girlfriends. We had the regular (not deluxe) suite style room which was perfect. If one of us got up early (usually me), I could go out there and read. The bedroom had two comfortable queen beds, a passthrough vanity/sink area, and separate toilet/shower area. The suite had a small... more

Dear TravelingBandB, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for my resort. I appreciate your kind comments. It would have been nice if we could have wowed you a little more. I agree the resort is a perfect home base to explore the wonders of Sedona. Thank you for choosing the Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa. Best...

This hotel was located a good 20 minute drive out of Sedona and looked more like a motel than a hotel. It had an extensive (and expensive) spa and two small swimming pools. Restaurant service was friendly but slow. Room was comfortable but would have liked more of a view considering that is the draw of Sedona. more

Management response from
Cindy Dean, Director of Sales

Dear Gwen88, Thank you for your review, but I do disagree with you. I think the resort is located ideally in one of the most scenic and serene locations in Sedona. The drive into Uptown Sedona is stunning; in fact that stretch of road is Arizona's first All American Highway and it received that designation for its scenic beauty. I...

Stopped here during a cross country trip. Fantastic breakfast buffet, pools are great at night, rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Restaurant staff is personable and helpful. Hilton honors status was recognized with and upgrade. more

We got a room in July when the temp was 100 degrees in Flagstaff. At first I thougt $200 night is a good deal for a 4 star hotel, since it is offseason, and our main purpose for going there was to hang out at one of their 3 pools and just relax. The largest pool was filled with screaming... more

We spent 3 nights at the Hilton during a tour of Grand Canyon, Sedona, Paige, Bryce, Zion. There is plenty of parking and the room we were allocated was an executive suite as my husband is a diamond member of Hilton Honours and we were staying on points/free nights, which we have done at several other Hiltons without any issues.... more
