Kings Ransom is a beautiful hotel. I was surprised that this was one of the cheaper hotels in town. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was a nice-sized fridge in the room. The pool was great with beautiful landscaping and flowers everywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful. There's a computer to use in the lobby. Free... more

This was a very nice place to stay. Beautiful pool area, friendly staff, and nice room. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this may not be for you. However, if you are looking for a nice clean room - comfortable clean beds and bathroom - at a good price, this is the place for you. Great views... more

I have stayed here in the past and it has declined dramatically since. Management does not care that the rooms are not clean and mine was very unclean.. No one pays attention to details of reservations when made, or even after You call three times to confirm. Clients of mine were locked out of their room, for failure by the... more

Highly recommended. Very good, clean, spacious room; large private patio w/great view on the red rock formation; large comfy bed; bathroom with whirlpool tub. Bath and Body Works toiletries. Nice breakfast. Lots of parking space. Very nice pool. All that for under $100! When you are there, make sure you hike the nature trail which literally starts just behind the... more

We had a "recession rate" of $99/night for 12 nights and this was a great "home base" as we toured north east Arizona. Older hotel/motel in good location, for us, off the beaten track of most tourists. It is dated but clean and comfortable. Frig was pretty small. Would have been nice to have a microwave. We rarely made it... more

Chosen from tripadvisor. Nice location with easy walking to centre shops. Sedona views from hotel great. Rooms more than adequate for the 2 nights we stayed. Staff helpful on front desk although PC printer needed an ink cartridge when I used it. Pool and spa super. Breakfast cold but plentiful of choice. Restaurant food good but wine a little expensive.... more

Just recently spent 3 nights at the Kings Ranson Hotel in Sedona. It was a very good price (89 w/AAA discount) and the location was fine with a nice view from its property. The negative was the decor and cleanliness. I had trouble getting past the condition of the room. There was a large area in front of the sofa,... more

We stayed here on a trip to the Grand canyon. Although Sedona in itself is a fantastic spot we would not recommend staying in this particular hotel. We were really disappointed with the service and location. We found the staff at the front desk had a "can't be bothered" attitude. Every request we had was met with a real negative... more

We stayed here in a Trailhead room, on the second floor. Large room. Plenty of space. Our room had a view of the red rocks which were beautiful at sunset. The room was older, but clean and very nice. Housekeeping did a nice job and even folded the towels fancy. Beds were comfortable. Private balcony was nice. My only complaint... more

We decided this hotel was an "okay" place based on the other reviews we read. They were right! Don't go expecting a resort, but you can expect a good hotel for a decent price. The main reason we choose this place was the price was reasonable by "Sedona standards". Other places in this price range or lower had some pretty... more
