Recently stayed here on the start of a National Parks tour with friends and everything about this hotel was perfect. Friendly, professional staff at the check -in, amazing service by the concierge who arranged tours for the 4 of us complete with suggestions for local restaurants as well as providing historic ruin locations to visit on our way to the... The best things don't change...From beginning to end, our stay was great (wonderful location, with architecture and landscaping which blends with the surroundings; up-to-date, luxurious, but timeless furnishings; excellent, fresh foods; a large variety of interesting activities with experts; warm, friendly, professional staff, with a smile always reflected in their eyes). This is our second, but not our last visit.

It's a bit of a drive off the main road to get here but worth every mile. This is why you came here. To see the red rocks from your room. But this resort has it all. Great hikes with extremely well trained guides (Jenna was ours). A staff throughout the establishment who has one goal in mind. Your happiness.... More

For over 25 years this has been a lovely hotel for a getaway, and as we found out during our weekend stay it's even better with the thorough refurb of a couple of years ago. It's captures all the good of Sedona without any of the problems brought about by the town's overgrowth because it sits protected and serene in... More

This is a spectacular property with an exceptional staff. However, it is so"zen" that there is zero night life. I am not talking about dancing and getting crazy, there is not even a centralized bar where you hang out and interact with other people.if you need total peace and quiet this is the place.

No one would ever regret a stay in this ultra luxurious spa hotel in the beautiful red rock of Sedona! Attention to every detail! The rooms (I stayed in a casita) are absolutely gorgeous and beautifully appointed with every top class amenity you could wish for. You feel serene....the air, the scenery, the sounds of trickling water everywhere, the pampering,... More

I can't think of any resort that becomes a part of the landscape as Enchantment does. It's nestled into the red rocks as though it has been there forever. Sitting on your casa or casita terrace you're a part of this landscape. The service - the attitude is "What can I do for you?" Always a smile on their faces... More

This wonderful resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The surrounding canyon walls are absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds are expansive and meticulously maintained. The staff is amazing and provide exceptionally personalized service. There are plenty of activities in which to partake, and the Mi Amo Spa is extremely relaxing and beautiful. Free mountain bikes are provided, as well as... More

Hard to express the serenity of this place. Even a 1/2 day of rain couldn't spoil our too-brief stay. Sedona itself is a marvel. The Enchantment Resort is a luxurious oasis. My wife's massage/spa treatment was comparable to having the Turkish bath" she experienced in Turkey last April. The best part of our stay...the staff. The waiters, the waitresses, the... More

Enchantment Resort definitely lived up to its name! Being surrounded by the canyons was a special experience. The hotel staff offered excellent, personalized service, and while some resort activities fill quickly, the ones we did get to enjoy like yoga and tennis were great. This was the perfect place to relax and retreat from chaos. We'll definitely return soon!
