Pluses, the standard room with two double beds was spacious. Plenty of room to move around. Room was clean. Bathroom was in good order. Came with a cube frig with small ice box, made drinks VERY cold. Pool is small, but we were the only ones using it so not problem. Plenty of parking. Minimal road noise. Just behind the... more

Average place to stay, nice for families but my sister an I came home with bed bugs!! Everything seems great at first and we had a pleasant stay for my cousin's wedding, but I came home and had bed bug bites all over me!! My doctor said that they can show up immediately or it can take up to 10... more

First things...Alan was most helpful in planning my days in Sedona, and coordinating my trip to the Grand Canyon. Both I have never seen before. The rooms were clean, quiet, and cozy. The jacuzzi in the room was great after a day of hiking! Staff was friendly, and the room was properly cleaned promptly each day. O ya..turn on channel... more

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was quiet, clean and quant. At 7pm the town dies down and becomes a queit haven from the lights of Sedona. The front desk agent(wearing a suit ) was so friendly, knowledgable, and took all the time he had, to ensure we didn't miss any of the "Secrets" of Sedona. We saved... more

A/C did not work in two rooms I was given. Bedding had cigarette burns even though non-smoking room. Burns on furniture also. Motel staff made an unauthorized charge on my credit-card -FRAUD! I complained to Sedona area chamber of commerce about this fraudulent motel. more

This was one of the most horrible experiences of my life. I woke up one morning covered with bedbug bites on my face, neck, and arms. My roommate and I pulled the headboard back to reveal a bedbug infestation! Her headboard had bugs too, but she was not bitten or at least did not react to the bites like I... more

Family of 5 stayed here for a few nights in April. The hotel is in a great location in Oak Creek - far enough away from the main tourist area in Sedona, but still close enough to everything. Room was clean. It definitely is showing it's age a bit, and there were a few rips and imperfections, but for the... more

Our room was one of the sofa with king sz bed rooms. Room was large, the 3 of us had plenty of space. Room was clean. Bathroom was very small, a very large person would have trouble. Sink and mirror were seperate from bathroom. Fridge was nice to have, except our complimentary fruit was frozen, couldnt eat it, thats really... more

The owner smelled drunk, the clerk was nasty, there were bedbugs (I itched all night), and the room only had a view of the parking lot. There is no spa for the wintertime. I would not stay here again. The next day I went across the street to the Views Inn and got a better rate and had a nice... more

Me and my husband have just returned back from Sedona. We stayed at hotel for 4 nights. Booked for very reasonable price through Orbitz (senior citizen rates). Our room was large, clean and quiet. Bathroom was a little bit tiny. Staff was very helpful - we had broken chair- they fixed it next day. Beautiful surroundings and just 15 min... more
