My husband and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Desert Quail Inn. It was convenient to several things we wanted to do on our visit. Our room was just the right size for us, bathroom very adequate. Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, nice bed and bedding. Never heard any noise though the parking lot had plenty of cars. Enjoyed... More

Very clean, comfortable, updated rooms. The cost is helpful to the budget in comparison to other Sedona hotels. We had a room with a fireplace which provided nice ambience. It is in Oak Creek, close to Bell Rock, so traffic was much less than in Sedona. We drove to Sedona several times but did not mind it because of the... More

As we drove in to the Desert Quail Inn, it looked like an ordinary motel. But the room was absolutely lovely, with a 4-poster king-sized bed, a fireplace, and a bathtub/jacuzzi. It was about a 10-minute drive from the main part of Sedona, but it was within sight of some of the most famous rock configurations, which we hiked, and... More

The cost of staying here is much less than staying in downtown Sedona. Are there red rock views from your window? No. But ...the mattresses are top-notch, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. With your stay, you receive a discount at the Red Rock Cafe, just a short walk from the property. They serve the... More

I stayed here one night in order to reduce some of the cost of staying in Sedona for 3 nights over the Valentine's Day / President's Day long weekend. The hotel is great if you're looking for a clean and comfortable room that's situated close to Bell Rock and only about a 10 minute drive from most attractions in Sedona.... More

We just spent 3 days in the Sedona area. The Desert Quail was recommended by a friend. We were very happy here. There is a great restaurant for breakfast or lunch right beside it plus a large grocery store. Rooms are updated and bed was very comfortable. Our hosts were very welcoming. So handy to the roads for all our... More

This hotel is a gem. It is very clean, friendly and quiet. The room was very comfortable. Had a microwave and refrigerator. We will stay here again on another trip. Highly recommend. This location is great as it is out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Sedona.

This hotel is actually in the Village of Oak Creek, about four miles south of Sedona. That's a plus because Sedona is sprawling, seemingly exponentially, so getting through or across town is a bit of a challenge. And Oak Creek has good restaurants, bars, services and a supermarket (next door) so you don't have to battle the tourist traffic up... More

My family and came to Sedona for an overnight stay. We found the Desert Quail on Trip Advisor and liked the high ratings it had received. We got two rooms and had a great overnight. The motel is small and the staff are friendly. We would stay here again for sure.

Just spent 3 nights with my son-spring break. Could not have been happier with our choice. Clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Family run-Nick the owner is friendly, helpful, and takes obvious pride in his business. Our room had a giant TV, fast reliable internet, and fridge. The location is great; good restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, mall all within a few... More
