Thank you Mark and Carrie for making us feel so welcome, even for such a short visit to your most beautiful B&B. I searched for a long time for the perfect B&B and this certainly was the one. Location is perfect, hiking right out the back patio, delicious and filling breakfast and a most comfortable bed and room topping things off.... more

Despite the snow, my 79 year old mother and I had a wonderful two nights at the Cozy Cactus: B&B owners were marvelous (funny, friendly, helpful), other folks at the B&B were interesting to meet and have breakfast with, location is amazing, and the B&B is cozy, charming, and comfortable. Full breakfast is homemade and delicious and fills you for... more

This is the B&B to stay in when visiting Sedona. I don't want to repeat the other reviewers because everything from the room to breakfasts to the hosts, Mark & Carrie, were excellent. They even accomodated my dietary needs even though I let them know i wasn't such a fanatic and would eat whatever was served. I only knocked the... more

First thank you very much for the review, Mark and I really enjoyed your visit and look forward to seeing you again. I would like to clarify for everyone reading your review that though the central was controlled by the Cowboy Suite (as this can be rented as a two bedroom two bath condo) your room the Southwest Room has...

This "cozy" place has everything you would want-and so much more in a B&B. First of all Mark and Carrie are the most down to earth, gracious hosts who go above and beyond. The gourmet breakfasts that they do--with such pride and love-are to die for. You eat breakfast with a fabulous view and meet other guests at the same... more

We had a truly enjoyable experience and it was a great way to end our 2 week holiday in Arizona. The breakfasts were amazing from the fresh muffins made by the Muffin Master daily to the variety of fresh fruits, and a different main dish. Exceptional and truly 5 star. The views are also unbelievable of the Red Rocks. While... more

Remember knocking on the neighbors' door, opening it slightly and saying, "Hello, anyone home?" and hearing, "Come on in, we're in the kitchen". Well then you will love the Cozy Cactus B&B. Margie, their loyal dog greets you at the door and escorts you to the kitchen where the smell of something delicious is in the oven or on the... more

My wife and I recently stayed at the Cozy Cactus for some rest and relaxation. We were very impressed with the amenities, and the beauty of the surrounding area. The location is truly beautiful, and the rooms are wonderfully comfortable and cozy. You feel so relaxed compared to staying at a big boxy hotel. We will look forward to staying... more

I just loved this place. The suite was clean and well decorated. The place made me feel at home. So much so that it was hard to say good-bye. It felt very warm and comforatble even more so than my own home. My kids loved hiking on the trails in the mountains right behind the place. Thank you! Doug more
