After our few day stay at Cozy Cactus we are converted "cozies". The B&b is nicely located away from the noise and crowds of the center, but close to restaurants, galleries, stores, and roads that would take you anywhere in Sedona. Rooms are charming and tastefully decorated. Beautiful views of red rocks from a breakfast room and a lovely back... More

The happy couple that runs this place makes it more than special. If you have a particular desire Carrie or Mark have probably anticipated it - and if not, they'll jump through a hoop to help. The view is superb and you can walk right into what you see! Birds abound, especially at breakfast time. And breakfast time can last... More

Literally such an amazing trip and staying at the Cozy Cactus made it that much better! Bedrooms are so nice as breakfast was amazing! Such a family feel! There are cozy fire pits and Mark and Carrie are so beyond nice. I went with my boyfriend and in the morning going to breakfast he was in sweatpants and his hair... More

ASU, ASU, ASU ------go Devils So glad that we could help make your Sedona Easter get-away Amazing! You two are very special and we look forward to getting to know you better during future stays (after all, we’re like family now) – I’ll keep working on a protein and potato frittata for “you know who”. Good luck with your studies... More

Our second time in Sedona, and we found our go-to B&B for any future visits. Cozy Cactus exceeded our expectations for lodgings and location! It borders the national park - literally a walk of seconds from our room to some great hikes - easy walks when we were looking to just stretch our legs after a long trip, and once... More

Well hello Parma.... .....though we would have been happy to accommodate you, we're sure glad you set aside your "gluten free" preference for a few days. (the muffin czar was most thankful) We too look forward to your future Sedona visits, and who knows I might have painted a second door or window by then, as I am feeling a... More

We stayed here five nights in late March and really enjoyed every aspect of this B&B. The location is excellent with superb views towards the Red Rocks and easy access to many trails, there is also the added advantage of not being in the 'honey pot' of Sedona itself but just outside in Oak Creek. There are a number of... More

As I mentioned in my response to the next review, it was just great having a B&B full of Brits, I’m a sucker for their wonderful accents and traditional sayings (and they are such jolly-good huggers). We really enjoyed our time around the fire pit – good wine, good cheer! Until we meet again, either here or there – stay... More

We stayed for two days in March and had a great time. The room was comfortable and the breakfast excellent. We all sat at the same table for breakfast, a nice touch as we learned a great deal about the our fellow guests and hosts as well as the area. The area is very quiet with excellent restaurants within easy... More

Wow - love it (back to back reviews from the UK and you weren't even traveling together) - So Cool! I hope you think the same thing when you get guests from America. You two are just great, and we can't wait to come visit and stay at your amazing B&B. (I'll give you our (his) dietary restrictions now, Mark... More

I stayed here in late February with my boyfriend. There's a good reason why there isn't one bad review here.....this place rocks! The location is wonderful! The owners are charming and the accommodations, beautifully appointed! We felt so cared for and cozy!! The view from the bedroom window was spectacular! What a great thing to see when you open your... More

Thanks for being a sport about the rain; though we need it, we do understand that it’s not so great for those seeking sunshine and blue skies. (Good for you coming from SoCal….you get your share of Vitamin D) Love the review, the pictures and your eagerness to return – we three will be here with open arms and advice... More

The best review I can give is that I plan to be a frequent visitor to the Cozy Cactus B & B in the future. Mark and Carrie are so good at their jobs that they made us feel like old friends. They thought of everything!

I guess Katy has awoken from her dream by now……but from the sound of your review, she is rest assured that future “Cozy” dreams await! The best response I can give is that we are already looking forward to your next visit – the three of you are the epitome of why the Cozy Cactus is such a special place.... More

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the Cozy Cactus! Mark and Carrie were extremely helpful and friendly, and they gave us great recommendations for hikes, activities, and restaurants in the area. The location of the B&B is amazing! We sat out on the patio next to the fire pit and we were constantly amazed by the... More

Thank you Nancy for sharing your “Cozy Cactus Experience”, it really means a lot to us. Like you mentioned the two bedroom condos are perfect for couples, friends or families (15 or older of course) and we thank you for getting the word out there…..in this industry Word-of-Mouth is so important. We can’t wait for your return as well –... More

This was one of the best B and B's we have ever stayed in! Not only is the view fantastic, but the hosts, Mark and Carrie (and Tequila the dog) are so friendly, funny, and accommodating to your needs. Their culinary skills are top notch (as was their coffee) and we looked forward every morning to their next delicious and... More

Well what a nice surprise – thank you so much for the review (and for not mentioning the unusual amount of snow that we got this year) – we don’t know how you all deal with the cold…wet…white…stuff, I like it for a day and then ready for it to be gone. I need to clarify one thing for future... More
