I was disappointed when we got there. It looked and sounded like this was an amazing place to stay. It was clean but the control for heat and air was in the outside wall and ran constantly. We had very cool mornings and when we put it to heat it blew some heat for a short time and then blew... More

It is a small, well-kept motel at the edge of town ideally situated in easy walking distance from the town of Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Lots of front of room parking, very well lit. The room and beds was super clean and comfortable, bathroom fully remodeled, newly painted, although the furniture was a bit dated. To our pleasant surprise we... More

This was the most expensive room on our ten day tour of the four corners. It was not really outrageous or anything $125 for a night but it was also the worst room we stayed in. As it was there weren't too many rooms in town to chose from. We did not realize Sedona is tourist central and we arrived... More

The motel is the first building as you arrive in the city. It is a simple place, but clean and quiet. Although you can hear noise from the people walking on the second floor (we were in a room on the first floor) the night was calm and good. The bed is nice, the sheets and the towels were clean... Hi Henriquepdp, We greatly appreciate your response. Your feedback will allow us to concentrate on critical areas to improve upon to exceed guest expectations. The property very recently changed ownership. We are in the process of making structural changes as well as pleasant renovations to both the interior and exterior of the property to create an ambience that parallels Sedona's... More

Found this cozy place on a spur of the moment decision to visit Sedona (on Labor Day weekend). After calling around town only to find "NO-VACANCY" the common reply we decided to check out the shops enjoy the day and head back to PHX. Luckily we stumbled upon this quiet little place. Our room had three beds, two queens and... More

Thank you Pollofritodelsol for your kind review. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay with us on Labor Day Weekend, one of the busiest weekends in Sedona. Also, so happy to hear that you wife was able to complete her quiz online so you can have a stress-free day. The property has very recently changed ownership and is undergoing... More

Great location! The room was very quiet. The room, especially the bathroom was very clean. The bed & pillows were quite comfortable. The bedding & towels looked quite new. No complaints. If you are just looking for a good night's sleep with no extras, this is the place for you!

Our first trip to Sedona and we found quiet comfort in this family owned business at the edge of Uptown. It is the perfect location where we walked to the shops and places to eat. The room was spacious, clean and beds the most comfortable on our week long travels. Included was a deck with chairs and table out back... More

Clean, cosy room, nice bathroom, Sedona's tourist district just a walk away. Prices are fair. Paid 84$ incl. tax on a busy Friday night without reservation. The personal is very friendly, and it's quiet around here.

We had an excellent greeting from Paul at the front desk and enjoyed talking to him for awhile. That said, Paul might be what gets us back to La Vista...aside from Paul, the place is pretty ho-hum. Our room was clean and it did have free internet and overall was fine, but average. It had a good rate, was within... More

The "quaint" and "rustic" descriptions are being kind. This is an old, dated hotel. Having said that, it's probably one of the better values in Sedona, especially if you are going to be spending your time away from the hotel and just looking for a clean, cheap place to sleep. It's at the edge of Uptown, but an easy walk... More
