We 1st visited in January 2006 for a long weekend when we got engaged. We had the heart jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and very cozy little cabin! We absolutely loved the creek and relaxing in the hammocks while listening to the soothing sounds of the water. We loved it so much we went back for our 5 year anniversary. We stayed... More

We loved our stay at Oak Creek.....the only thing that disappointed us was that we were told that our cabin had a 'kitchenette'--which we assumed would have a little cooktop. But it only consisted of a microwave, refridgerator and a sink. But it did include glasses and tableware. That was not a big deal at all....we would still stay there... More

We booked this venue for my daughters May wedding along with several cabins for two nights. To say it was wonderful is an understatement. Planning a wedding long distance (the bride lives in Portland) was not an easy task but the staff went above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible. This is the way a stay... More

I stayed at Oak Creek Terrace just for a weekday getaway, and it was fabulous. Jacuzzi in the room, fireplace, small kitchenette. BBQ grill on my patio, and, for rooms without a grill, there is one out front near the gazebo and views of the beauty around me. The creek is just down a small sloping hill, and hammocks and... This is the most wonderful place to get away from it all! The resort sits next to Oak Creek and they have created a relaxing environment to enjoy the beauty of the area. There is a small beach area next to the creek with multiple swings, hammocks, chairs all carefully arranged to be private. The rooms are all individualized and... More

I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about with their negative reviews of Oak Creek Terrace! My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights this past weekend (May 18-20) and we absolutely loved it! We are already planning a return trip with friends in a few months. Sure, the rooms aren't THAT big, but they serve their... More

So, when I booked the room for the last few days of our Arizona trip some could explore the Red Rocks of Sedona, and the artsy area of Jerome, I wasnt someplace quiet and peaceful. The website shows a beautiful koi pond and the creek bubbling through the back with lots of outdoor space. Rooms boast jacuzzis and fireplaces -... More

We apologize you did not have a satisfactory stay with us. We would like to take this moment to address a couple points. -Basically units 3-10 are our smaller motel style rooms and our guests are informed by the website or on a conversation over the phone. the Rooms in closer proximity to the creek have more space and amenities... We are from europe and take a special hoiday somewhere in the world every year. I work in the Oil & Gas industry and have stayed in literally HUNDREDS of hotels all over the planet. I do not say this lightly but the Oak Creek Terrace is the WORST place I have stayed. We made the fatal mistake of booking... More

My husband and I stayed here last night. April 7th, 2012. We stayed in room #6, it was very clean (and I'm extremely picky) and smelled wonderful. A little small but it had a very nice jacuzzi. The very nice housekeeper (Heidi, I think) came by as we were unloading and asked us to let her know if we needed... More

Long story short, I had made a reservation for the place, unfortunately we had to cancel, I called 48 hors prior when I knew we couldn't make it, the guy on the other end...omg no empathy, cold and pretty rude, was told there is a 72 hour cancellation policy, don't remember being told that, but anyway he said my cc...
