Great Breakfast. Nice Hosts. We stayed in the Miss Kitty room. The toilet had Saloon styled doors. Cute, but not real private. No view and a dirt road to get there. I feel we could have gotten a better value. more

We stayed at the Territorial House in late September for five nights. When we arrived we were met by Larry and Suzie and they showed us around the accomodations. Property is run down & very tired. Jacuzzi out of order, looks as if it's been that way for a long time. Rear gardens overgrown & neglected, no cushions on loungers, swing seat dirty / canopy torn. Popcorn packets were stale (left outside on deck) "InnKeeper" Larry constantly sits in front of TV so no way paying guests can watch... more

The Territorial House is well located. The best part of the experience is the food. Suzie, who is very sweet, is a good cook. The accommodations are adequate but not at all luxurious.
