We only had time to stay one night but we were blown away by the good service and advice we received from Myles and Masumi. They offered is advice on places to go for sightseeing, hiking, and eating. The breakfast was amazing! We would certainly stay here again if given the chance. The price was very reasonable as well.

Myles and Masumi are the perfect hosts. As others have reported, the breakfasts are outstanding, providing enough fuel to get through a full day of hiking. Although quiet and reserved, Myles and Masumi are attentive to their guest's needs. One afternoon while lazying in their tranquil backyard, I casually asked if they had any coffee left over from breakfast. 15... More

Highly recommend the bear lodge! Myles and masumi were the best hosts we had while on a 2 week roadtrip. The place is quiet and comfortable in a residential neighborhood. The entire lodge is extremely well taken care of and clean. But as other reviewers have said, Myles skills in the breakfast kitchen are what really set the bear Lodge... More

We stayed one night in this wonderful little house. Owners were extremely attentive and helpful. Our room was big and well decorated and so was the bathroom, with beautiful views to the garden. Everything was fine, but was shadowed by a wonderful breakfast. Great choice

Why I love Sedona Bear Lodge: 1. Hospitality/Customer service: Example: Masumi and Myles packed a delicious on the go breakfast for us when we had to wake up very early for our drive to the Grand Canyon. I know they even did this for a guest that was leaving at 2am! 2. Cleanliness: Our room was spotless. Linens and towels... More

I am not talking about friendly attitude here but a considerate service offer. I had a chance being here 2 years ago but I gave up due to heavy... More

My husband and I stayed here for just one night in early November. We liked its location, which was out of town in a residential area. But it wasn't too far from the center of town. Our room on the second floor, the Indian Garden Room, was quite small, with a low ceiling in one area, but that wasn't a... More

Two of my best friends and I had the wonderful experience of staying at the Sedona Bear Lodge. Miles & Masumi were just the most attentive hosts. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. When we get back to Sedona, this is where we will be staying!
