The staff are very friendly and knowledgable about the area. Very willing to provide information on any questions you have. The room appeared clean but the hotel is in need of an update. The furniture shows signs of abuse. The carpet has stains. The bathroom fixtures are dated. In the spa there was some black stuff around one of the... More

I stayed here on the 23rd and 24th of June. My husband and I had a native american wedding ceremony in Oak Creek canyon on the 24th. I stressed for weeks trying to find a place to stay. I ended up booking this hotel the day I got into town. The desk clerks I dealt with -one male and one... More

My family stayed here on our way to raft in the Grand Canyon. It was such a nice place we stay again a week later. The staff, Nick & Ben, were very nice & helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Thanks

We were only in Sedona one night, and the Southwest Inn was just right. From our room we had a partial view of some mountains and a nice little table on the patio to relax. For a moderately priced Inn, the linens were nice, and the bathrobes were a great touch. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating,... More

We arrived at the Southwest Inn at Sedona at 9:00 pm. We were met by a locked lobby door with a note and phone number, which we called. The person on the other end wanted to know if we had received a call letting us know our room number. We had not (if we had, why would we have called!?)... More

Very much like the European Boutique Hotels we try to back off and let our guests feel the privacy and quietness after hours. We have a employee on call after hours, as well as a security guard who is no more than one mile away from the property. Our hotel does not have the hustle and bustle feel, we take... More

My mother, myself and my two daughters stayed here for two nights, July 15th and 16th. We had been driving cross country from Florida, and when I walked in our room, I felt right at home. The rooms are charmingly southwest, with log beams on the ceiling, and pine beds. There is a fireplace, which one could imagine would be... More

Kathy R- We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us! We take pride in going above in beyond in all aspects...but especially with our breakfast. Our organic breakfast burritos are with out a doubt the best breakfast in all of Sedona. We welcome your return :) More

My husband and I loved this place in Sedona. When we drove up, I was a little doubtful, but when we got to the room we loved the place. We stayed in a King room on the 2nd floor and I LOVED that it had a fireplace and a great view! The front desk staff were all super friendly and... More

When you're in Sedona - you just want a comfy bed and somewhere to lay your head at the end of a days worth of breathtaking scenery. The Southwest Inn certainly hit the spot. Comfy beds, deceptively quiet location, and close to some of the best spots in Sedona - it was just perfect! Make sure you try the breakfast... More

I must say after reading others reviews of this hotel I am shocked ! I have difficulty believing they were ligament reviews, and surly shakes my confidence in using TA as a resource---having said this I offer my "swear it's the truth " review . Upon booking the room i was told it was 4. plus star room/spa. The hotel... More

In response to harvIowa: We find it extremely insulting that you are discrediting our wonderful guests past reviews by saying, "I have difficulty believing they were ligament reviews". It is one thing to insult our business, but we believe you have taken it to far by discrediting our loyal and amazing guests. Out of 663 reviews we have 404 Excellent... More

I would stay here again and again! This hotel is at the far west end of Sedona. Close to trails and Red Rock. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a woman and man who made the process quick and smooth. He also gave us some wonderful hiking tips we used! Room are spacious and decorated in the favorite Southwestern motif.... More
