Superb service at an amazing value! Our extended family booked three rooms at the Southwestern Inn at Sedona in December and we were all very pleased to have stayed there. All of the rooms were very spacious, nicely decorated and clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing! We really enjoyed their breakfast and the friendly service from the... More

We stayed 4 nights at the Inn and had an excellent experience. The room was comfortable with it's own fireplace and great views. Because of the recent snow and cold weather we did not use the balcony any. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will stay again when in Sedona.

During a recent trip to Arizona (Phoenix by way of Sedona), we didn't make reservations anywhere prior to arriving. Along the way, I got worried that we wouldn't have a place to stay. I immediately went to Trip Advisor and saw the listing for the Southwest Inn. It wasn't showing a crazy high place like some of the other locations... More

Having had a great stay at SW Inn at Sedona in 2008, I checked recent TA reviews and decided to stay there again on a 2-night solo trip in November. I booked a standard king room and was pleased to see that the hotel and rooms were as nice and clean as when we first stayed here in 2008. My... More

Nice staff who recognized our special occasion that was noted during the reservation upon check-in & also provided discount coupons for our dinner plans. We stayed in one of the 2nd floor king suites & the room was spacious & comfortable with a fireplace, desk, & bar/counter area. The room did have a balcony but the red rock view was... More

We did an overnight in Sedona. The Southwest Inn was very well located to all the sights. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There was even a wonderful Adobe fireplace and balcony. Very good value.

I booked two rooms (one suite which was only $5 more) a couple days before Christmas 2014. The rooms were beautiful with a fireplace and the suite had a nice sitting room. Each room was beautifully decorated with a theme. When I called the desk about tea bags, the clerk brought them to my room. Thick bathrobes and towels, quality... More

The room had nice amenities (fireplace, stall shower lots of soaps) but we were unable to use the tv in the room, we were told to try another room but all we could get was 2 channels and then they disappeared. With an updated tv and bed this would have been very nice room. Senior note: the breakfast room is... More

Our second visit was even better. We stayed in a suite in the back upstairs with a view of mountains. Personnel were helpful and friendly from the clerk at the desk, maid service to the breakfast staff. The rooms are tastefully appointed with Southwest furniture and art. There is a cozy gas fireplace in the living room and heaters in... More

My husband and I have traveled to Sedona many times and when we have stayed overnight or longer, it was always right in uptown. This time we took a chance of staying in the western part of Sedona (Thanksgiving week) and was pleasantly surprised as to how much we enjoyed it. We had booked our reservation to the Southwest Inn... More
