This is the most incredible B & B I've ever stayed at. It is one of those rare experiences when the place far exceeds the photographs. The views are impossible to describe, all a feast for the eyes and soul. It is private, warm, tastefully appointed without being too "Southwest-ish" and has 2 die for breakfasts every day with a... We always try to reserve a room at the Saddlerock Ranch when we visit Sedona and have stayed there several times. We now feel like family when we visit. The views are unsurpassed and the gourmet breakfasts outstanding. Fran goes out of her way to make her guests feel comfortable and at home and is always able to help you... More

What a great place - on arrival for our 2 night stay at this superb historic B and B Saddlerock Ranch full of character and olde world charm we were greeted warmly by Fran and her two dogs, Cassidy and Sundance and were made to feel at home in an instant. Our suite, the saddlerock room was very clean with... More

This was our 2nd stay at Saddlerock, and it is easily one of the top Inns we have stayed at over 25+ years of extensive travel. The facility is lovely, and has the most incredible views of the red rocks. We stayed in the same room both times-- off the front parlor with a view of the red rocks through... More

My husband and I toured Utah and Arizona for a couple of weeks in April this year, we made most of our bookings from the UK direct after researching on-line in great detail. Saddlerock Ranch proved to be one of our best finds, simply because we were so well looked after by Fran, who has owned and run the place... More

My husband and I, and my in-laws recently stayed 5 nights at this wonderfully luxurious Bed and Breakfast property. Having visited several such establishments throughout the USA, Saddlerock Ranch ranks as #1. We loved (1) the amazing red rock views from the deck (which has a pool, hot tub, beautiful tubs of flowers and is especially conducive to lazy picnic... More

Just like the majority of the beaming reviews of Saddlerock Ranch, we too, experienced a very special getaway in Sedona. This was our first visit to Sedona and we were not only in awe of the beautiful red rock country but had a nearly perfect stay at this beautiful bed & breakfast. The location was outstanding, it was close to... More

My wife and I had four wonderful nights at the Saddlerock Ranch B&B. I wish we could of extended our stay. I can not say enough great things about our accommodations....... from our room, the views of the red rocks, the morning breakfasts or Fran the owner/chef/travel planner. First and foremost, Fran was great. The daily breakfasts were fit for... More

We just spent four days at Saddlerock Ranch and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the hillside setting overlooking Sedona are incredible. The location is central to all activity, yet affords privacy and relaxation for the downtime needed after busy days of hiking, shopping, etc. We stayed in the honeymoon cottage and felt comfortable and pampered. The ranch has... More

Friends told us we would we love Sedona, so we made sure to book two nights when we reserved a stay at Saddlerock B&B. What we didn't know was just how much we would be spoiled and pampered by our stay there! We loved every detail, from the written welcome at the door, to the lovingly made sleigh bed for... More
