Total dump. Good internet connection and sat tv. If you absolutely need a kitchen then ok. For the same money you can stay at the Matterhorn or any number of places that are actually nice, clean and upgraded. This poor place needs to be torn down.

The old saying states " You cannot please all of the people all of the time"...but we do pretty well as our many other reviews will attest. Most applaud the innkeeper (myself) for being helpful and kind. All of our promotional material describes us as "quaint, quiet, cozy" so that a prospective guest knows what to expect. A significant percentage... More

We were delighted to stay at this charming little Inn. The room was large, there were full kitchen facilities and found the location excellent. Part of the charm of the visit we attribute to the warmth and hospitality offered by the owner, Gary. From hiking trails to coffee spots, restaurant recommendations to wondrous sight seeing, Gary was a fountain of... More

Took my family for a Labor Day getaway to Sedona and the Rose Tree Inn was a large part of the reason the visit was so special. The owner, Gary, worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and took time to share his "insider secrets" as to the best place to eat, hike, and shop. The Inn itself was... More

After a grueling few days getting our son settled at NAU in Flagstaff (freshman) the pleasant drive to Sedona through the mountains began two days of R & R that were very special. We arrived at Rose Tree Inn late on a Saturday and were met pulling in by the inn owner, Gary. He greeted us warmly and got us... More

The little cottage area was splendid, with great views, and many singing birds in the rose garden. I enjoyed very much so! However, the room could definitely use "a touch of a woman", if you know what I mean. Everything seemed clean, but waking up with many red spots two days later, it made me come to the conclusion that... More

We had 12 family members from different places in the country meet up in Sedona and we picked Rose Tree Inn to stay out. We had 4 of his 5 rooms to our family. There were multiple kitchens and we cooked most days. There was an outdoor barbeque that we also used and patios to sit in outside as well... More

Received a gift certificate to stay here and was very happy to get away from the Phoenix heat. We had thought this was a bed and breakfast but it actually did not include breakfast. The room we were in was like a studio apartment. King size bed, living room area, kitchen with frig and stove, dishes etc. and small bathroom.... More

This is the second time we have stayed here. The inn is right off uptown Sedona but on a side street that is very quiet. We have room 1 which is a studio apartment with a private garden and a fire place. It is very comfortable. The host is welcoming and recommends places we might like to visit. We have... More

We weren't planning on staying the night, but walking into the town passed this little place. The caretaker was cleaning a room and very friendly. We ended up staying for one night. It's just off the main street through town, and very quiet. The room was clean and very comfortable, and had that feel of grandma's house, older furnishings and... More
